    • Doesn't need to be at that age. If you look at his right arm above the elbow you can see a glucose monitor patch. IF his parents are paying for a trainer that is monitoring everything and the kid putting in the work with diet and training his natural test would be more than enough to see substantial gains. Most kids his age don't take training serious as a whole, so of course he going to stand out like a sore thumb.

  • My fav thing about this. You can see he has a CGM (constant glucose monitor) meaning he is Type 1 diabetic. I love this because I am also a T1 diabetic and only diagnosed 5 months. I have been really scared to start all my sports again so this gives me faith I will eventually be able to play all of my sports again in the future and maybe start some new ones. (Bouldering, rock climbing, swimming, football, table tennis)

  • I was told by my son’s doctor that he was not suppose to b working out with weights until he was 16. He was 6’8 at the time as a 15 year old. He grew to 6’11. His coach bullied him into doing it anyway. He started experiencing growing pains in his knees. The doctor told him if he would’ve listened to him when he told him not to regardless of what the coach said he would’ve been over 7’0 feet. Coach should know
