Tried a 1 rm on isolated back pressure and moved 107.8lb off the pad, so I'll probably try and work with some percentages from that. Isolated riser and pronation are both improving as well. Short term goal is to get to 120lb on isolated back pressure and start integrating whole arm movements back in after my elbow flexor is strong enough to keep up with my hand.
