@SupernaturalLove100 In the clip of her stand up- she acknowledges there was something going on, but says she didn't know she was supposed to be the boss. She isn't making excuses for online rumors. There were people who came out and made direct allegations about the work environment. Ellen apologized on her show! You can't say none of the allegations hit home after that. I'm not saying any one allegation is true or false. I don't know. I was hoping Ellen was going to give more clarification on what did happen. I was poking fun at how the video made it sound like Ellen addressed the situation. To me, I thought that meant we would learn more about what did happen. If a celebrity has any kind of allegation of wrong doing then it should be looked into.

I don’t think Ellen was mean. But I do believe the people that work for her were probably mean to the employees and maybe Ellen wasn’t aware. I do wish Ellen had more diverse celebrities, she always had her celebrities friends and the Kardashians gang. I feel like she didn’t give other celebrities that deserve the same recognition and I didn’t like that.
Ellen had the means to pay every one of her employees during covid, and she chose not to do this kind gesture. Yet she told you at the end of every program 'treat each other with kindness.
