One day I was wearing Jardin Exclusif by Mancera and I'm out doing some street photography in Lower Manhattan and a guy who was with his girlfriend waited for me to finish taking a photo, came up to me and asked "Excuse me, I just have to know what cologne you're wearing because it is fire!". I told him and even pulled up a pic of the bottle for him.
I was walking through the mall and entered macys looking for a tie and pocket square for an event that weekend and while I was being helped a woman approached me from behind and asked both me and the associate helping me who had on a fragrance. I just literally went and purchased "Burlington 1819 and Hypnotizing Fire" just a week ago. Soooo love those 2 smell goods! "Scent Of Peace" is an excellent one too. I have that one as well.
Scent of Peace has been a major compliment getter for me, Louis Vuitton Imagination & Ombré Nomade have killed it from Winter into Spring now

@FuckPedophileBiden I have gotten a lot from pdm herod, greenley, layton, layton exclusif, and as far as from this house I have never worn althair and Carlisle and not gotten multiple compliments. Azzaro most wanted parfum. Zaharoff coco loco and signature halfetti black rose. Jo milano game of spades wildcard got me a few and the lady that was cutting my hair said oh it's so nice when a customer actually smells good. I hear it's a clone of bond no 9 lafayette street which I have never smelled. I do love bond no 9 bleecker street and it has gotten compliments. 1 woman I work with tells me she loves the way I smell when I'm wearing wanted by azzaro( not wanted by night or the most wanted as she has smelled them all on me but others love the most wanted parfum). Precious liquids salt and pepper. Xerjoff naxos is a huge compliment magnet. One of the charge nurses loves when I wear Dior suavage and always compliments me. I have never wore Michael malul ocean noir and not gotten multiple compliments. Jpg le male elixir gets compliments too. Last 1 I'll mention is Paco rabanne invictus victory elixir. A doctor literally stopped giving report on a patient to a room full of people as I was securing the patients airway from a good 4 feet away so she could tell me "oh wow, you smell really good. Not lying she was turned on the way she said it they all started laughing and this was 7 hours after applying but even more unbelievable was that I worked a 16 hour shift that day and still had 2 patients tell me I smelled good 16 hours later. Part of getting compliments is being approachable and having charisma though. Hope that helps.

I've had this a few times but never when wearing the usual 'complement getters', mine has been when wearing Juniper Sling and Blasted Heath both from Penhaligons, Bulgari Pour Homme and back in the day I always got complements when I used to wear Versus Uomo by Versace, sadly this has been discontinued for a while now.

1819 i want to get a decent of it first before i get one personally not a huge fan of rum fragrance don't care for naxos or angle share i wish hypnotized fire was stronger cause it might be the best thing i have put my nose on
I normally don't comment, but chanel 1957 really is a hidden gem(recommended to me by kevin samuels RIP). I personally nicknamed it the KING OF WHITE MUSK. Women love this stuff on me. BOWTIE, you always have great reviews for these fragrances man, keep it up.

Bharara King EDP has made women’s neck break when I walked past them. Avant Garde by Riiffs is another. Vamos Voyage Elixir by House of Camara is very VERY underrated.

I wanted to like 1957 but just smells like old men, I remember being in an uber with this 70 year old driver who was listening to classical music the whole drive and the car reeked of chanel 1957 it gives musky old men type smell

5 Most complimented fragrances and most requested 5) Lafayette Street: Kind of like SOPFH just an easy pleaser...layers extremely well with a lot of different scents. 4) Haltane/cARLISLE Tie: Haltane from the Lads, every guy wants to know what it is, Carlisle from the ladies, it just works with my skin in such a sensual way. 3) Imagination: I mean Jacques Cavellier is just absolutely brilliant. Tygar is another big compliment puller, another one is saved for section 2 2) Side Effect: "You smell like sex I want to have", "Whatever you're wearing is making me wet" 'Two compliments from two different women at the same bar in the span of an hour. 1) The Most Wanted EDP intense: Hilariously simple yet unbelievably effective. My most complimented fragrance by a long shot... Separate Category for Most complimented/requested Layers! Because its different and needs its own category because its a bit unfair to those in the first section 7) Super Cedar/ Renaissance or Mephisto 6) Oud Satin Mood/Atomic Rose 5) Musk Therapy/Narcotic Delight: Initio pops up a lot on this list... especially if I did more than 5 4) Side Effect/Naxos: Amazing smooth tobacco and cinnamon, Naxos adds a brightness to the opening but its in the dry down that things get real sexy (Bonus for Fleur du desert/Naxos) 3) Reflection Man/Hacivat (1 & 2 are really tied for 1, they both have very opposite reasons for wearing them) 1b) Gambit/French Defense (put this at b because its more for cooler weather and its the newer of the two but it is just pure masculine sexiness with the AmbroStar just potentiating the cherry in the French defense, it last 24 hours and it is just pure lust) 1a) My Rave Go to and widely loved... Cheeky Smile/Afternoon Swim.... they both work even better when you start dancing and the body heats up, soon you're surrounded by girls in fishnets and nipple pasties with dilated pupils trying to smell you over and over and over If its a 3 day festival the two other mixes I love for it are Cheeky Smile/Sedley and Cheeky Smile/Greenly or Cheeky Smile/Tygar if you really want to hit em with that ambroxan bomb.

I was grocery shopping in Kroger and wearing Carner Barcelona Amber del sur. As I was walking and looking down the aisles, I noticed out of my peripheral vision this white chick who passed by me, stopped and followed me. I walked to the back of the store to the milk section and while I was looking for milk, I noticed she was just standing by me. I could tell she was enjoying my fragrance, but I think she was too intimidated to ask me what I was wearing, I am 6'2, 240lbs and been lifting weights for 20 years.
