🔴 Hello everyone! Scania r500 came to us for repair with a DC16 04 L01 motor! the engine consumes a lot of oil 25L per 30T km
. The removal of the engine and its complete disassembly for the overhaul of the internal combustion engine has already been agreed with the client. But we decided to start by looking into the cylinders with an endoscope by removing the fuel injectors in order to understand what the cause of the oil burner is! since it could turn out that the whole GBC is to blame. on several cylinders we found a violation of the hon grid, we realized that the replacement of the sleeves can not be avoided! therefore, they began to remove the internal combustion engine and disassembly! about this in detail in the previous video!

@@INFORKOMTRUCKS отоночо. Скр о ько сейчас стоит "перепаковать" такой мотор. Все 8 ЦПГ новых имею на руках . Направляющие, клапана , сальники - тоже . Всё прокладки тоже найду.

Кино красивое . Только не понятно , почему не измеряли высоту выступания гильз цилиндров над блоком и не проверили ни одно поршневое кольцо по величине зазора в стыке , установив их в гильзы !!!??? Это же элементарная и очень важная процедура !!! Как-то совсем не профессионально !!! Также не почистили /нулёвкой/ наждачкой постели под вкладыши коренных и шатунных шеек !!!
