  • Some things that help to limit hairfall: 1) Consider to decrease stress levels by engaging in meditation, deep breathing exercises, a quick stroll, enjoying quality moments with your colleagues, and so on. 2) Limit sugar intake. 3) Adopt a gluten-free diet and cut back on intake of wheat. 4) Make an effort to lower the chances of having acidity or pitta dosha, which is a primary cause of hairfall and several other problems. 5) Apply coconuts and onion oil and massage it on your hair and scalp twice a week. I use litttleextra coconion anti hair fall kit. 6) Please apply these provided recommendations instead of just research. Thanks! Stay happy.
