There's salt on basically everything we folk eat. Be it a small, or large amount of sodium. Salt is also good for you in the right quantities; Helps maintain appropriate blood & tissue fluids in one's body. So, quiet buzz kill. It's still healthier than going to McDonald's... wow. 🙄
Fried food is not healthy.you can take one tsp oil one day.over consumption is not good Coconut oil, olive oil,is good for health
