Reminds me of the MS graph edit software that I used to use perhaps ten years back. It allowed you to connect filters and functions for video paths by drawing connections like that. I liked it back then and seeing this reminds me about it.

This was all but said when it was shown off initially. It's designed to fit the Y40 in particular. It's def a cool product but for $299.99 that's a tough sell...esp since some early test show it not being better than standard 360mm aio's that are less expensive. The product itself is nice looking but in typical AIO fashion, you're paying for the display over the cooling ability. The software has more potential than the actual AIO. The wiring is interesting esp with the sensor option, better implementation than Corsair's that are on the fan...esp after Der Bauer's video about those fans vs their new less expensive fans.
Damn...my corsair link 360mm aio was 100 bucks cheaper. Well it's a new product we can expect the price to come down at some point...hopefully lol @@emilyshabang

HYTE is easily becoming one of my favorite makers for PC parts/accessories. I am still in awe at my Y60 case. It's so well built, easy to maintain and easy to clean.

Now that is how you make an "eco system" of products that actually work with each other. The same can be said with there software by how Jay showed it off. Hyte really knocked it out of the park with this set up. Now they just got to expand the set up for 360's n all the rest and it will sell its self. Cant wait for the next Hyte product.

I've been waiting for quite a while for an AIO with a big display to 'finish' my build. When this was announced I knew my wallet was going to be crying for mercy. What I've learned since I installed mine a little over two weeks ago: 1) This thing is the real deal. 2) It fits in the side-front mount area of the Hyte Y60 & Y70 and the front of the Fractal Design Define 7, but not the top - at least, not without modification - it *might* fit the front of the Fractal Design Define R5. 3) The hardware works really well. 4) You can only mount the CPU block with the liquid transport tubes facing down since the screen orientation is fixed and can't be changed, even with the software. 5) The software couldn't be more unstable even if the development goal was to make the software as unstable as possible (it crashes out ALL the time - no excuse necessary - I've never seen it run for more than a couple hours, and that's VERY rare) - hopefully this will improve with future updates. 6) Upon install, use the software to ensure the pumps and fans are set to use the unit's firmware stored curve or your motherboard's curves...DON'T rely on the software to control the fans and pumps since the software WILL crash out ALL the time. 7) What's shown on the display is not very customizable atm (as Jay demonstrated), although there are actually 3 clocks to choose from (the digital, an analog, and a rainbow backed analog) - hopefully this will improve with future updates. 8) When using the default config of basing the fan and pump speeds on the liquid temp rather than the CPU temp this thing is pretty quiet - nearly silent most of the time - and it's not at all bursty. 9) With Prolimatech PK-3 on a 7950X3D in a Y60 case (with vented side window by Jackface Customs) my CPU temp, under sustained, full load with ycruncher, never reached 80c. 10) I still find it hard to believe the static pressure numbers provided by Hyte for the included fans - 8.14 mm H2O vs. 3.x for the best I've been able to find elsewhere. 11) While there's always room for improvement, Hyte definitely deserves the recognition it is receiving for its current products. 12) EDIT: Don't know how I missed this - the display is Android based with a little under 30GB of on-board storage - let the hacking begin!

Hyte seems to have come out of nowhere and really hit the market strong... I have the Y40 chassis and for a "premium budget" case, it's honestly holding up well. I would have to imagine the quality on this product is just as good.

Thank you for the video! Hyte has never been on my radar but it was me who was missing out. I am happy to see there are still companies that want to innovate the space. The Nexus integrated products are examples of products made by people who understand pcs and they have actually built some. The PC market is over saturated of products made by companies that only push products that have the best rgb capabilities vs best use/performance. This line of products is nice as it is user friendly, minimalist but also gives you the OPTION of adding non-intrusive rgb lights and/or no rgb at all. Well done HYTE!
I have to say I really love it. This is exactly the kind of settings even small kid can make work. But I will stick with my Noctua fans for a while (maybe when they break I might consider something like this). But this is the right way to go ! I wish you did some temperature test too, that is what decide if ppl will buy it or not.

yep my pc is chucked behind the desk , i dont care if my aio doesnt have a 55" screen on it or my ram hasnt got 9000 led zones , as long as its fast and cool thats all that matters
@@GuyGamer1 Interesting. The only review I seen tested it with a i9-14900KS. I think it was loaded with Cinebench and maxed out at under 80 degrees. As far as I can remember that's pretty respectable for a cooler. Now I will admit I didn't really look into the test procedure nor did I look for more reviews so I'll thank you for the heads up. That screen and the price makes it a no go zone for me. Still I think the software seems very well designed, provided it really is stable and not a resource hog like some have been. Further the extra thick radiator and the thicker than normal fans makes a lot of sense. More cooling area and more airflow is a known good way to manage cooling.
That is a rad setup.. I really like the innovation they showed on this product. I would love to see the performance testing on it and I would like to say, Please make a direct die intel plate for one option also!!
I'm glad companies are trying different things, I've seen a lot of people saying "erm, why would I want a screen in my PC, who the f*ck looks at their PC instead of their monitor" You're telling me, you don't like cool looking things? Especially functional ones? Really cool AIO, definitely my favorite implementation of the LCD screen in an AIO design.

I really love the advances we are seeing in connectivity for these devices. iCue Link and this are both pretty good systems. Hopefully we will eventually see an industry standard.

My current case is a Hyte one (Y70T SW) and so was my previous (Y60 B/W). So it's quite fair to say I like what they're doing. Seeing how all the peripherals integrate I can easily see why they had to delay the Q60 release. From what Jay showed it's quite possibly the best and most seamlessly integrated ecosystem for fans and RGB strips I've seen to date. I've done multiple builds in the Y40 and Y60, and my own personal build in a Y70T. And I've seen the iterative improvements from the Y60 to Y40 to the Y70, they're things you really only pick up on when you're doing multiple builds in those cases with different parts. The Y60 top-mount radiator bracket was annoying as was the case cable routing with the Y60 and those gripes were gone with the Y40 and further refined in the Y70. I've found the Y70 to be the easiest of the Hyte cases to wire manage. Hyte has found their niche in the market and they're not afraid to cater to it. The Q60 from what I've seen is quite divisive among people. Many thinks it looks silly, and it has rather limited compatibility compared to a lot of AIOs. It shows Hyte isn't afraid of making a product that is more or less tailored to their own cases (Y40 and Y60). I do however find the Nexus faces (the screen portion for the Y70T and Q60) to still need refinement, customization isn't quite at the level I'd like. And the UX can feel rather clunky at times. So the Q60 I'll pass on for the time being; waiting for a 360mm version but those FP12 fans are looking quite nice.
Very cool video, Hyte is doing interesting stuff recently.
They quote 18 devices per channel, and 34 devices on all channels. 180W max PSU draw. It does have its own ARM processor, RAM, and graphics engine, so it should be responsive and not hog up system resources. Good pick!

I would like to see some radiator setups like this for custom loop cooling would be pretty cool to basically have the rad fans and wiring setup and then just add tubing some fittings and have a cpu block setup with the screen you essentially just install the 2 main components and add tubing and fluids plug it in and off you go
was in the local PC shop today buying more SSD for my machine and they have show PC builds near the front and this cooler was in one of them so I saw the cooler B4 the video

Looks like an awesome product, just wish we saw numbers on cooling potential. Amd/intel higher end chips and where this tops out. Linda the whole reason to get an aio, is to be better than air coolers. Of course the drip has to be on point as well!
Having fewer cables will never be a bad thing. Hats off to Hyte, they did it well! We'll see about the longevity, but this is already much more attractive to me than most other AIOs... but I'm not sure how valid the opinion of an aircooler guy is :D

Wow, an actually well thought out and thoroughly engineered product that even has competent companion software? Not just a cash grab rehash of everything else on the market? I'm impressed! The added humor is a bonus.
I'd say the most innovative aspect of this product is the onboard SOC (not the one that controls the screen). If HYTE utilized it well, they could essentially run the software for all connected accessories on device, outside of the Windows environment and even take control from the UEFI. The only thing I think this needs is a connection protocol standard for the UEFI to communicate any relevant sensor readings to the device directly.
