Now you're wrong there. The slow mo clearly shows that there was no major flinching on Scott's part. He leaned forward a little on the final slap, but it was so slow that Young would, could, and did adjust the slap to his face.
Jewel tucked a bit before the swing but that was a clear palm to the eye socket.

But this one is a bit unfair, if you watch everytime young starts his 3 count by the time he hits at 3 scott has moved his head down a good 1 to 2 inches while he is clenching up if he didnt do that he wouldn't get hit in the eye all the time and young might land a clean shot???? Read the rules, you can have slight head movement as long as it doesn't significantly impact the strike.
