I brought in a baby finch whose family nest was attacked by a rival bird, there was only one survivor, I named the baby Faith, I took off the damaged parts of the nest and replaced it with nesting material. We got some finch bird seeds and soaked them in water and got a syringe to pick everything at once feeding him every couple of hours or so. And of course I would check on Faith making he was alright. I got so excited but I kept it in so I wouldn't scare him, seeing little feather buds and even little poos. I was hoping Faith was going to make it naturally I would have gotten a cage I doubt he could have been released back outside. We happened to be together when it turned that he wasn't going to make it. We said our love yous and he died. I did the right thing and buried him right outside my window.
