Yeah, apparently it was the first grappling event that they hosted and Helena did great. She did something we don't normally see her do which was cool. Also props to Cait for putting up a fight

Get more interviews. Repetition will get you better. I learn more about the athletes like Jasmine Rocha. I like her attitude. Your play by play was needed on the broadcast. You might want to try pursue that. Keep rocking.

You can be offensive with it but not against someone who knows what you're doing. Helena pulls guard, that is literally being in a defence of position.

I trained for 18 years prior to 2017, when my ACL tore.
