Can't wait for your next Dimash reactions! Please react to him more often! Recently he has new performances - I am sure you know Screaming & Stranger, but he sang incredible mindblowing new variations lately! Pls react to them! Screaming in Bejing is on his Channel: ( kzhead.info/sun/g5yDfc2vkIB-h58/bejne.html ) , Stranger on Shine Super Brother Show is only on YouKu Show channel ( kzhead.info/sun/p8ybl8xoqHuploE/bejne.html ) and yesterday he sang Autumn Strong - in Japanese : Ikanaide, on Tokyo Jazz Festival , it is on their channel: ( kzhead.info/sun/i5aMdLqljGVpfp8/bejne.html ) He participates in a reality show on China with 20 other multitalented Asian male artists ( singers, rappers, dancers, actors, crosstalk artist , and after their intruduction with a solo performance, they had to team up, and every Saturday we will get a new performance! (And in addition we will see some extreme sport & military competitions :) ) Each of them have to challenge themself with something new, our of their comfort zone. Hope we can see Dimash dance too! :)

You really need to hear his new version of Stranger from Shine Super Brothers and Ikanaide (Autumn Strong) from the Tokyo Jazz festival 2 days ago - both masterpieces!!
Dimash presented this new dancing song "Fly away" here, at the International Competition of Young Performers "New Wave-2021" in Sochi, Russia. Dimash was invited as a juror and guest singer. The song for Dimash was written by Kazakh authors and adressed to the young people: Letting go of all problems and differences and opens the way to freedom and soul search. Song writer Yedilzhan Gabbasov, who has been in music industry for more than twenty years, he said “Inspiration came to me one quiet evening when a tune suddenly turned up in my head. I started humming it out loud and immediately thought of Dimash’s voice. And then, I realized that I would really like him to be the one to sing that song,”. Jordan Arakelyan, the author of the lyrics to such Dimash’s hits as “Give Me Your Love” and “Be With Me”, also shared how the work on the new track went: “Dimash always says in advance what a song should be about and he puts the meaning in it. When he’s singing the demos, I can hear certain words, even if Dimash’s singing without any lyrics. The origional composition is soul-killing and in no way resembles this. It is even hard to recognise it as the same song. It took Dimash and Erlan to make a hit out of it.

KUDAIBERGEN Now that he is about to finish his PhD ( Musicology, major in composition) completing 3 university degrees back to back while simultaneously performing, he really is finally free to fly !! And he is. Until recently, all his performances etc have been carefully scheduled around his studies. An Olympian feat on his part, and a work ethic as big as his voice.

Dimash grew up listening to and admiring MJ. He has stated on several occasions that MJ is one of his idols. Here in white dress and fedora hat reminds me of "Smooth criminal". This song along with "Be with me" are at the top of the Billboard charts !!! Dimash creció escuchando y admirando a MJ. Ha declarado en varias oportunidades que MJ es uno de sus ídolos. You really are a wonderful reactor, I appreciate your positivity and obvious love for music, and your warmth! Doesn't hurt that you are extremely beautiful too! Yes this song is actually exquisite, in how he goes sweet and light when you expect fireworks and vice versa, there is something so sophisticated here, he just masters a new genre so effortlessly, and yet makes it unmistakably his own. It's deceptively apparently just a pop song, but there are many layers in it. I'm raving now but he is such an innovative, exciting artist it's marvellous , we are incredibly lucky to have him in the world! Greetings from Cape Town!

Dimash always does the unexpected and this time the unexpected was to not do the ending we expected. The first time I heard it I was so let down, felt cheated, wanting more, the big Dimash ending we usually get. So he caught us out again by not doing it. Once I adjusted to the idea of no ending I love the performance.

This song really does get better & better the more you play it. I was shocked thinking he ALWAYS does something big at the end. He’s changing it up but it really is whole & complete as is, & expanding the way he surprises us. Ps Fly Away is on iTunes & Spotify!

He just dropped another performance TODAY from the Tokyo Jazz Festival entitled 'ikanaide' which is yet another masterpiece, it's similar to his song Autumn Strong which he sang on I Am A Singer. Anytime you're asking if Dimash is adding a bit of MIchael Jackson influence, the answer is probably always yes. There's footage of him singing various MJ songs on photo shoots and backstage, just for fun to entertain himself. He has said that Michael Jackson is one of his idols, along with Pavarotti, Celine Dion, Lara Fabian, and Andrea Bocelli. I hope you will react to his new performance of Ikanaide from the Tokyo Jazz Festival this weekend. It is stunning. He has sung the same song with different lyrics in Chinese several times (this time it's the original Japanese lyrics), and it was beautiful every time, but he added so much more nuance. It's a breathtaking performance!

Thank you. Actually not different for Dimash, since he performs in all genres. You would need to watch his off-stage and on-stage performances of 2015 , 2016 and 2017; they reflect his capability in many styles including Rap. The only difference is how he changes / uses his wide range vocal ability and techniques to give each performance a different nuance.

Dimash is always playing with different genres. He has wasted no time in quarantine. 😄 He is in China right now filming a show with other entertainers. (Shine! Super Brothers) He performed a different version of "Stranger". I am guessing that this song has been chosen especially for the US market and has reached No 2, I think, on the BillBoard. it definitely has Michael Jackson overtones and therefore has recognisable appeal. Not much vocal up-and-down the ladder of octaves but a well-produced presentation. Dimash has a had a full concert in New York so him and his production team have done their homework and chosen "Fly Away" as their 'initial dip' into the waters of US rock and pop.

Many liken this performance to Michael Jackson, but although MJ was excellent, especially in his dance ability, ahead of his time, but in every other way Dimash is on a way higher level than MJ. The person Dimash is is so totally different to MJ and that is what comes out in Dimash’s voice that sets him apart. Although I liked many MJ songs, his voice never grabbed me and drew me in, took me to another world, like Dimash can. If MJ didn’t have the brilliant dance moves I don’t think he would have been so popular

while yes, this has an mj feel to it.....i honestly thought the music sounded more similar to cher's "believe (in life after love)" to me. not that it's a bad thing, it's just how it came across to me. incredible choice/view/interpretation however you want to look at it, that it can give someone many different memories of other great songs.
