I completely agree. I laughed out loud! I really love the character of Barbaros. He is proof that a tough exterior doesn't always mean a tough interior. Despite his difficult and sad upbringing and days in prison I think he essentially has a good heart and is loyal to those who treat him with respect and fairness.

Babaros won my heart in this episode. It's incredible how he managed to figure out that the whole thing is because Asena probably hates Salim. But honestly Serra and Salim are not a strong couple, despite the adversities they face...you seriously can't break up with your partner so easily...you're pleasing your haters and making yourself miserable/ unhappy. I wish they were stronger and trusted each other

Barbaros has grown the most on this series. He has gone from being a bully to becoming the troubled kids in the hood. He has shown more maturity than Burak. He was able to figure the situation fast because he had a very similar situation with his own stepmother.

Serra's mother, who has been shabby & drugged & hysterical, pulled herself together to protect her daughter. She was so tough, so true, & so insistent that Selim and his family could not hurt Serra as she had been hurt by them. Wonderful ! A strong woman emerges.

I like how barbar (i forget the whole name) respect Serra, he isn't harassing her or anything serious just small quarrel thats all, no kidnapping or so. Unlike other dramas the bad guys kidnaps the girl, torture her to get the leading man save her. This drama just comes smoothly and the problem arises naturally. (That's my opinion base on the subtitles and all but my opinion may differ if I understood their language)
Turns out barbar isn't a whole bad guy at all... To all who's watching this, I hope you enjoyed. I had fun and what a great story! ❣️

Barbaros is literally a legend! The man does nothing all day but sits and can legit solve a whole ass mystery without even having to know the culprit! 👏🏼🤣 I really admire how caring he is for serra because if it wasn’t for him selim would’ve still been oblivious even though he should known that Asena is behind it the minute they sat down for dinner. It took me a little warming up to babaros but he is now my fave character (after onur ofc) 🤗. And damn Asena is finally getting her comeuppance! She really thought she could save herself by announcing her pregnancy but ofc it backfired 😂 Another thought.. I feel Burak is starting to change a little in a good way, he helped change selim’s grade (even tho it was wrong of him but aw) and he even told Birick that he doesnt want to get in the way of serra and selim. I hope he does let bygones be bygones and let go of his hatred towards selim! 🤞

Selim's grandmother intuition was right. It was Asena's dirty work to embarrassed Selim in front of his whole family. Selim found himself in a awkward position. I think Asena did this, the fact she was jealous of Serra. The whole clan Kutlusay family welcome Serra with open arms despite her status in life. In this episode I like Barbaros he told Selim the truth about the watch.He is not bad at all. He turned out to be good.

Yes that was an amazing love that was manipulated by Berin hanim. They separated them but he named his daughter after his big love. Nil is what he called Nilgun. So After all these years they are still in love. Let us say they get married and have a boy. That boy will be a brother to Selim and a brother to Serra LOL

Its my second round of watching Sol Yanim. Barbaros scenes are refreshing whenever its his turn in every episode; a respite after scenes that seem heart-wrenching. However, his own personal story is as touching as that of Serra; he told his story of being in an orphanage after his elder got rid of him when he was little. Thus, contributing to what he is as a person - a thug (his description of himself)....yet a kind-hearted person.

i like serras character and how it was written, even though she is the main protagonist this episode shows that even though we try we are all still human and have faults, in this case serra might have a sense that her way is the only way at times and just like her friend said to her ' two truth can coexist at the same time" this drama wrote perfectly imperfect characters and that's real life.

My thoughts exactly, what did she think would happen when Selim finally got her alone overnight when her mom is not expecting her back! Especially after he's been so tortured over her since the watch incident. She could not have been so naïve to think he wouldn't want to make up, after all, he was already sexually active.
I personally think that she was a bit naive when she left her room to give back the keys and phone but that smile that she gave him while he was walking away after Selim had told her he doesn't want to ever let go of her spoke volumes as this told the audience that she liked what she was hearing from Selim but the actual confirmation to do what Selim wanted to do to her was confirmed when he opened the door and Serra was staring at his chest for a hot minute and he took note of that and he decided to seal the deal which she also wanted as she willingly went into the room with him and Selim's gaze toward Serra was👌👌 girl couldn't run away I bet she was already weak at the knees 🤣🥰❤
