  • That is amazing! I wish our chickens could have something like this, are hutch doesn’t keep it safe from predators that well, we have to lock the hutch every night because there’s always foxes around our town

    • @@caracortage3270 prison fantasy? You do realize the first concern is keeping chickens safe from predators. This coop is a chicken wonderland, where chickens can live without the constant fear of hawk talons carrying them off or a raccoon pulling off their heads for fun. And that’s just a fraction of the horrors chickens face daily. These chickens are truly blessed.

    • Thank you. We did rough measurements and it looks like they have a total of about 887 enclosed space. They have different sections that can be closed off if we need to separate for some reason.

  • How did you make the chicken tunnel? How did you remove all the wood from the lid only to leave the outer shell? I’d like to try this for my two chickens 👍

    • It was somewhat hollow to begin with, then used a chainsaw to really open it up.

    • We have one that looks like that. I believe it’s an automatic fish feeder. We set it up on our fish tank when we’re out of town.

    • You have to keep them in unless it's tome to let them out. I let mine out an hour or two before dark. Reasons are, they'll wander off to neighbors and they complain, lots of chicken predators too.
