@@nacho7533 well this was a year ago so it failed but money = good and lots of people = lots of money Not like "yeah guys lets petition" but like, if in some hyptoehtical situation a huge amount of people in communities were like "yeah evolve pls" then it'd have a chance at coming back

Doubt that. It that 51k concurrent players on June 30 on steam alone at some point. So the player count didn't seem bad, it just wasn't as good as you think it is. The fact that the player count dropped to 11k just 1.5 months later on August 11 probably confirms it. I found it boring, looks fine on paper and videos but is in fact whatever.

Please do more with others. not that i dislike the vs ai videos, but its a co-op game at heart (itelast on the hunters side). its nice to see people working to geather. then again, i would LOVE to see you vs a team of real hunters and not just ai

I hope someday someone brings evolve back I feel like the style of the game came out during a time where it wasn't as common and people weren't used to the format which lead to its major death but I know people still are playing it is honestly an incredible game but it just has hard circumstances surrounding it.

So glad to see this game back. But somehow i miss the older version where only the trapper could place the arena and he had no global scan. I loved to sneak around the hunters with the wraith. The monster was weaker but it was more funny in my opinion.
Its not back unfortunately, they are shutting down multiplayer in about a week

Is this stage 2? I thought Glacial Behemoth was only on Stage 2 which i thought was dead. Did they add it to Legacy?

Someone on my friends list told me while they were doing maintenance on a legacy server they accidentally turned stage 2 back on. Id reinstall but knowing 2k they are likely to turn it off again and kill the game a 3rd time for me :(
@@eviljoshy3402 It's permanent update to Stage 2 where they changed matchmaking from requiring a server to p2p. So there is no server involved just people playing on client based matchmaking.

Yeah both pistols are the same but they can shoot through walls like Cabot's railgun

@@brett4043 it was horribly unbalanced, and had way too much dlc, so it died pretty fast, then they made it free 2 play but it died again, and they turned off the servers, but for some reason the servers are back online recently

This is one of the best co-op games ever created, and probably the only time a game got truly cancelled because of a mob of moronic gamers who couldn't look past a pay-wall that every single other modern game uses. They killed a beautiful a unique game, and gave the signal to all other game developers to never try something so innovative and different again.

There are so many people here going ‘aww it’s so cool that this game lives, we were so wrong about it back then’ No, nobody was wrong about it back then. Sure, it has these few dedicated players, but so does every game. You just forgot how meh it was and now you’re falling for the same mental trick that caused this whole issue in the first place. As in ‘it looks really fun on paper and on video, but ultimately isn’t nearly as fun to play as you think it is’ There’s a good reason why the game was a graveyard in less than 2 months after it’s release, no amount of dedicated KZhead channels can bring it back
