  • Sometimes life gets tough, you can feel urself slipping, your ibaadah (worship) is not how it used to be, your Salah is not at its best, your daily activities are taking you away from the remembrance of Allah. Don't be afraid, why? Because it's normal & each and everyone of us will go through it, at some point in our life's. The most crucial thing is to recognise it, & this only comes from Allah. As soon as Allah alerts us that things are going wrong, it's time for change!! How to do that? A plan: Rid yourself of all the distractions that are causing you to forget Allah & take time out for yourself Alhamduilliah! This could be lots of things including family! We need time for ourselves sometimes. To ponder and reflect about life and whereit's heading. Now it's time for knowledge Alhamduilliah! Grab a cup of tea, find a lecture or series of lessons to follow. Renewing our intentions when doing the housework or things for the family. This is just Take the reminder, act upon it and get back on the road to Allah. Don't give up

    • The Islamic way of dry fasting which is practiced by Muslims in Ramadan has no physical merit and has no divine blessing. Kidney, which is the most important organ in the body after heart, will damage and can cause stomach ulcer. Don't waste your life being eternally sick for the sake of Allah, the 6th century tribal arabic Qurayshi polytheistic pagan deity.... Drink 1 glass of water every 2 hours without anyone seeing. (80% muslims do this, but they won’t say).

  • I like how in this clip no background audio was used, since its Ramadan we dont want things that would break out fasting because fasting in ramadan is not about not eating or drinking, its about the will to give up earthly pleasures for allah... Music cursing and other things would usually break your fasting, its tough but, the amount of blessings benefits and the good deeds that you get are too great to miss out on. May allah help us and make this year of Ramadan and the next ones easy for us. Salam alaikum.

  • Subhanallah! I'm actually wondering how I'm going to be able to fast while working this very hard labor job and not eat or drink throughout the day. I'm thinking I might have muscle cramping, dehydration, loss of thought, and high blood pressure. I pray to get better at trading stocks or doing some other work at home to make enough money to pay my bills and support me, but at this moment, Allah SWT has not yet answered. I want to fast and I'll try, but if it gets too hard, I may have to skip the fast but feed the poor to make up for it. I don't know. Any opinions, thoughts on this? Any support or feedback is welcomed. Criticism, especially negative, will be met back with heavy criticism and negative feedback.

Oatmeal with dates, honey and some peanut butter along with some other sources of protein like a couple eggs. Glass of water and some coffee (if you’re a coffee drinker to stem some headaches). Be hopeful and patient as your body is resilient and will get used to the fasting. Take some breaks throughout the day and get support from your workplace.
