  • I'm 70 years old and my nuts keep getting in the way when I swing the kettlebell.. So I've decided to just swing my nuts instead.. Great cardio 👍🏼

  • Out of every video and written guide i have seen (trust me, i have gone through alot) this video is an absolute master class in showing the form. Before, my lower back was sore after working, but after applying his tech with the arm and the push motion of the hips, not the snap that other guides talk about, my back had not even an iota of any work done on it. Positivley brillant, and i thank the search results that brought me here. You deserve much more.

  • I'm about to buy my first kettlebell, and I'm so glad this video popped up on my screen. I'm going to be 53 in August, have had a hip replacement two years ago, and have been working out since 1980. I NEVER LISTEN to people who don't have some kind of education, have a world of experience, or someone who isn't pushing a product. It's worked out well for me over the years. So thanks for this video. Wish me luck!!

  • Love this explanation. Thank you for your detailed description of why we want to keep the kettle bell close to our center of mass. So many tutorials say don’t do the squat, but they don’t explain why. I had to watch 4 other videos before finding yours to find the answer as to WHY using the squat is bad.

  • Thank you so much for this. I kept getting bad lower back pains wondering why. I’ve been so used to squat type workouts that I’ve been squatting while doing these thinking that bending at the hip instead of at the knee would be worse. Turns out that’s the proper technique.

  • For now, your video is by far better then others I have about kettlebell swing. Among other things you seem to properly address the most important question injury-safest gyrevoi practice. The others I know of failed to clearly determine the basic safety factors. People do not understand that not everyone is 20 years old nor the spine is in perfect condition in every individual. Youngsters who don't feeli much of the problem NOW by making feeble or imprecise moves with kettlebells don't think about consequences that arrive much later. Also you pinpointed the latissimus dorsi and gluteus maximus as working muscles vs hip flexors, pectoralis, arm and shoulder muscles, hip and knees as keeping the later at minimum activity. By doing so, of which your audience is mostly not aware, you are offering the sound healthy practice of recreation instead of sport malpractice. So, extremely good job, thanks for sharing your thoughts and practices. 👌
