Safety of the people inside and outside the bus is very important while driving a Passenger bus which he clearly ignored and risked the lives of lots of passengers and those on the road.
If I am not wrong, I think Sardaar ji had nicely maintained the average speed of the bus at around 90 kms/hour, with a top speed of 110 kms/hour. It was definitely aggressive but it was a completely cool, controlled, flawless and brilliant piece of driving.

The driver is aggressive, but not to the world just to his job. He has to get to his destination and keep all aboard safe. The horn use is sensible as it does warn others of the approaching bus. He keeps his head steady and does not do any sudden or dramatic turns. Uses his eyes to look at his mirrors. Very good driver in bad traffic conditions.

I’m not redlining the RPM’s as much as he probably is or passing as much as he is. But I do my fair share of pushing the limits. Exhausting. Feels like a police chase. Somehow, it feels like we've arrived at the station late. Reminds me of driving to town, an hour away versus riding the bus. I'm not in a big hurry and I drive kind of slow but riding the bus with its schedule, pedal to the metal running at top governed speed, it's a bit of terror especially on winter highways. I drove yellow cab in Denver and also had to drive speedily. My hands would still be vibrating hours after I was done driving, and the relaxing calm after the shift. No tickets and no accidents. All in all this was a great ride, leaving the driving to a professional with eyes closed resting. That's the only hard part. I'd be hanging into the aisle watching every little thing. Perhaps more relieved to get off the bus in the driver.

I was stationed in England while in the US Air Force, back in the 70's. Shifting with my left hand was VERY awkward, for the first couple of weeks.
