Troubled teen Will Hawkins (Kevin Quinn) has a run-in with the law that puts him at an important crossroad: go to juvenile detention or attend a Christian summer camp. I love how it says, “God made you just like you should be.”
As a Christian I loved this song not only because it’s a very catchy and well written song but also I see the message as something more than just being self conscious. In my opinion I feel like this song is a good way to express to people that feel they aren’t good enough for god to love them that he does love them and that they are good enough, I know that feeling like you aren’t good enough can prevent people from having a relationship with god, I actually have several people in my life that are very close to me that feel this way.

Speaking out of the context of the movie, this song has a great message, out of the romantic sense, God has made each one of you in an amazing and unique way, and he has a purpose that only you can do, you were not born by accident. So, don't try to live someone else's life or live just to compare yourselves with others, I know we have faults and the reality is that there are many areas we have to work on, but hey! that's what's special about this journey with God. ❤️
I cannot even explain how relatable this whole thing was and how much I loved this movie, lol. I lowkey wish life was a musical, how fricking random and hilarious and sappy but so uplifting would that be! Like you're mad? OKAY. LET'S SING ABOUT HOW MAD. You're self conscious? How is this so true? This movie looks AMAZING!!!! We saw what Kevin Quinn can do in Bunk'd and now that he is in a musical, we get to see it fuller.
