- In the U.S.A. there is no physical SIM tray, only eSIM is available, whereas in the EU (and most other countries I think) there is a physical SIM tray and a SIM tray ejector tool.

- Yep true! Very nice to have a dedicated sim tray in the EU version, and just take an E-SIM if you're abroad somewhere
