Relaxing to watch yet motivating at the same time. Props to the cameraman for doing such a great job. Please make more!
he is malcolm moore, thats why he is gonna make moore.
Thank you! Will do!
Was going to say the same thing, props to the cameraperson for the chase-cam, knew to slow down when you were deep carving, but still have something when you powered out...
Hey @@malcolmmoore. Loving your videos. What did you make of the Biru?
It's not "make more" It's Malcolm Moore :D Sorry, couldn't miss that one
The camera guy is awesome.
Serious mad props!
Camera girl i think
It wasn't actually my wife in this one, so cameraman is correct!
Love this concept taking shape of "relatable" riding. I'd love to see more of these rides, relaxed, accessible to beginners, intermediate riders and people with limited experience/fitness capabilities. While I do enjoy other videos with big jumps and spins and triple corks... I cannot and will never be able to do any of those. The stuff in this video and other "relatable" videos popping up in youtube recently... that stuff I can do. Butters, sidehits, carving, ... all within reach. Thanks for showing stuff I can aim to achieve!
I don't think he could do anything unrelatable...
Your average snowboarder can't go down the mountain that smooth and 100% in control like that.
Haha, sassy Chris!
@@Raiders1234 That's exactly what I was thinking. The riding in this video is of elite level. For beginners AND intermediates there is literally nothing relatable other than to make you realise your boarding is at best.... Very average.
Oh, absolutely! Malcolm is awesome, I wouldn't belittle that. My point was that this style of riding and enjoying the mountain feels a lot more doable than massive jumps and acrobatics. Eventually, one day and with enough practice, I could get there. So it's much more fun to watch than most other videos (from other media creators).
Love this snowboarding engine - this game looks sooo real :P
And no one else to get in the way or worry about colliding with. Marvellous. 👍
👌
Yea what the what? I’m riding in the wrong country
Your tutorial videos are great but this is what I'm here for! I love these kind of videos so much and you do them really well.
Glad you like them!
As a cruising carver, this was a joy to watch. Smooth and relaxed, love it 👌
Thanks so much!!
This is my ambition in boarding, all my snowpark buddies think this looks boring but the feeling of maintaining a clean carve and feeling the speed and energy build up in the board while maintaining that huge lean angle is the best for me
@@kims2r I started snowboarding at 30, I’ve spent over 20 years just cruising the mountains gliding from edge to edge, I still get an amazing buzz from it, learning to carve was a game changer for me, go out and enjoy it your way dude 🙏🏻
@@kims2r I hear ya. I used to ski and all I did was look for jumps. I did my fair of carving too but on a snow board (which I've been doing for over 20 years now) it's just carving. I never jump on a snow board.....only when I get lazy and hop during a turn. I hate going with guys who want to go all slow and do "tricks." Most of their tricks are lame and I hate waiting up for them. I'd rather board with someone who is not necessarily a close friend but prefers carving or go go alone.
I could watch this all day
😊😊
Really really amazing video. Nice to see you as a "normal", relatable, snowboarder. Very good and stylish riding. I aspire to be able to ride just like you do! Keep it going man. 🔥 🔥 🔥 🔥
Man I gotta say that this video is pure joy to watch. Of all the snowboard videos I watched yours are by far my favourite ones. Teaching a lot, very easy to understand and try out and a pleasure in general. Props to the cameraman and keep doing such a wonderful content.
Thanks so much 😊😊😊 I'll tell my cameraman too
Ahhh... so good you know watching you ride is effortless and all the mechanics you teach is all applied. Trying to be a better rider. Thanks
What a great video and fantastic channel! Been boarding for a number of years and watched a lot of snowboarding videos, but yours are the best. Thank you and keep them coming please 👍🏻
You make it look so easy, fun and relaxing. Elegant comes to mind, too ✌️
I loved the smoothness , style and fluidity ! thx dudes
Nice to see you do a whole run in one take for a change
Now I'm warmed up for my first day of the season this weekend!
Thanks! I am so hyped! I have a trip to Saas Fee in the middle of December. Also, I really love these raw run videos. I like being able to just watch good snowboarding and get a feel for the places I am going to try and go.
Yeah, I also like to watch such uncut runs to get a feel for a new resort. In this case its more of nostalgic use to me - Saas Fee was where I started and learned snowboarding close to 30 years ago and spent many vacations at. Just too bad they did away with some of the more challenging runs since then.
Great vid, just fun and seemingly effortless riding!!!
Beautiful run. I skied here 22 years ago
So satisfying, I cannot wait to get out! Cheers to this rad edit!
9 mins for pure joy and meditation.
Greetings from America! Your teachings have taught me so much over the years on proper edge control and carving. Went from flipping and eating snow constantly to some pretty decent deep carves and teaching my friends. Thanks Malcolm!
Glad to help!
enjoy watching the whole riding
what a gorgeous run
I am really looking forward to experience runs like this someday. I started snowboarding late (last season, and I'm almost 33) and not particularly in good shape (better than when I started now, but still) but it's something I've always wanted to do but when i was a kid poverty didn't go well with winter sports. Time flew by without even being aware of it and having my head buried so deep in my work and career really made me lose track of what I could have been lacking. Late 2022 was nota a happy moment for me but on NYE I had an epiphany and I decided to make my inner child happy. Might have been a good start, right? I actually have never been so on point. The first few times I was as aching as I was happy, and the more I learnt the more I could go to resorts where I felt the money I was spending for a skipass made sense. I loved watching this run, I was just relaxing on the couch and put this on the tv, and seeing this made me remember what I love so much about snowboarding! Which is definitely not the crowds haha. Great video as always. I particularly loved how "chill" the ride was, occasional tricks and overall effortless look. Wide carves, some butters. A bit of everything that hopefully I'll be able to do myself someday.
Man, I started at 32 and have some great progress! Just do it as often as possible!
@@iddqd6716 that's exactly what I am planning, last season I was consistent and before putting the board away I managed to do few red runs (blue square in NA I think). I can't wait to be on the snow again haha
Nothing too technical here, you can absolutely achieve this kind of riding..I was actually holding back a little as it was my second day on this board and I still hadn't really gotten used to the flex and sidecut. But yeah, just keep loving it, enjoying the turn, and you'll be happy whatever your level!
@@malcolmmoore that's very encouraging, thank you Malcolm!
Similar story here, only I'm very much still learning to not catch an edge. Only been for a few days two years ago and had an operation this year, but I'll definitely go this winter. Cheers!
Love the playfulness 🥰
What a relaxed video, could watch this for hours...
Super cool run, to both of you guys !
Oh man, love the wide open pistes and carves across the entire run
Me too!
this resort looks amazing, a carvers paradise
So relaxing watching this, wishing one day ride like this.
amazing location. I'd like to see more like this
such a graceful video
The ride was incredible, I enjoyed it a lot, you have fun on a spectacular empty track and accompanied by a good cameraman, I want to be there!
What a super smooth ride, so nice to watch. Inspiring!
Thanks 🙏🙏
Lovely! Those mountains look breathtaking!
Yeah was incredible!!!!
Kudos to the camera man, perfect viewing on a Sunday morning, you look so relaxed and smooth ❤
wow soooo good and so much space!!
That is one hell of a long run ! I’m feeling the burn baby 😅
stunning vid.... another classic to watch.... and rewatch
👌
That was mesmerising. I watched twice back to back. Once just to take in the beauty of the riding and once to watch the body movements.
🙏
Switzerland 🇨🇭 wow... I want to go there once in a life time. Soooooo wide... Amazing
Cool video! Big props to your camera guy for following along
Sunny day, empty slopes, perfect.
Beautiful ride. And the best prepared piste I've seen in a long time :)
Yeah conditions were epic!!

Yeah Saas Fee is absolutely incredible
it is so relaxing to watch this peaceful route i hope to experience this one day!
Yeah we were lucky that day, great conditions, empty slopes....
A great video with lots of detail and some intense moments- thanks for posting. All the best and God Bless. 🙏❤🇺🇸
Thanks so much 😊🙏✌️

Wow so smooth and great ride thanks
Thanks 😊
Taking a break from work.. I have to watch it NOW!
#metoo
BTW, I'm thinking about coming to Alpe d'Huez one day to have classes with you and now you are in Switzerland?? I feel very unlucky 😅 (I live here)
My son and i had lessons with him a couple of years back... Best thing we did Top bloke - Top instructor he's there ten do it you won't be disappointed :O) @@Delijohn
Whoa, what a serene run! Would love to see you review different resorts/trails, if you ever feel like doing such a series. Happy holidays and much love from 🇨🇦
Would love to do this series!! Need to take time off from teaching though haha
I absolutely love this! ❤ I look forward to my trip to Ischgl in january. I want to improve my switch riding so I can board in a playfull way as you do in this video. Keep making these great video's!❤❤❤
My wife is a beginning boarder and every time we ride together I ride switch all the way, this keeps our skill a bit closer with me being not so great at riding switch and it’s great practice:)
we need so much more of this
😊😊
Für mich fühlt sich das an wie 1998, wo ich dort die „ersten Special Skills“ von den Alten Hasen lernen durfte…12 Min. Talabfahrt mit Soft Boots…das waren noch Zeiten! Cooles Vid
One of the coolest videos I’ve ever watched. Well done, mate!
Thanks so much!!!
aaah the grommer's look prime!!! Got to score 2 powderdays in Switzerland this November already but also looking forward to conditions like this. I can feel it in my toes, this is gonna be a great winter!
Ah nice, lucky you!
It's just so satisfying to watch
☺️☺️
So fun to watch thanks for posting!
My pleasure!
Beautiful landscape and nice carving 😊
Thank you! Cheers!
I watched your snowboarding while I was standing at the computer desk doing the same moves as you :) Nice relaxation and the cameraman did a good job. Thanks
Awesome!
Malcolm Moore is an amazing rider, smooth precise in total control, ore inspiring it’s as if the board is part of his anatomy. This guys videos are so well presented if I could ride an 1/8 of his leval I would be more than happy, just to be able to be that fluid in one direction thanks Malcolm keep up the great work you do.
Many thanks, far too kind!
Клевый спуск, просто кайф, не спеша и на раслабоне:)
Smooth & Steezy!🤘
Amazed at how long this run is , and also the lack of people ... Nice,, thank you for shaering
Thanks for watching!
Nice run, huge wide Piste too nice. kudos to your cameraman
Awesome run, amazing mountain, and great camera work!

Thanks so much!!!
Nice and mellow style and just the piste all to yourself. Lovely :)
Yeah was awesome 🙌🙌
Malcolm Moore! Oh my god!!! That was brutally good! I knew you were a pro snowboarder before, but this was insane!!!! Wow wow
Haha thanks so much 😊🫶🙌
This is simply art 🥹
Just WOW!!!
Perfect video i was looking for. Next, how you handle more difficult terrain from that camera angle! Nice one!
Bro smooth as butter
the cameraman did it well🔥
Absolutely LOVE this video, Malcolm! So fun and inspiring to see you in your element, making a long, open glacier run your personal playground -all with great form and flow. Which Saas Fee run(s) were you on?
Love the switch riding ..
Not sure if you're being sarcastic or not?
Getting me in the mood for my holiday to Les Deux Aples in Feb
Enjoy!!!
Wow soooo beautiful and calming. Niiiiice 😊
😍😍
Sick af, nice run and nice slopes! Safe shredding yall
Thanks! You too!
Beautiful 🎉
Looks soooo fun
Rode here in January by far the best experience i had
That was beautiful
Yeah the scenery is epic!!
@@malcolmmoore I was referring to your riding haha but yea scenery too
Haha, nice you picked that up and did your take on relatable riding. 👍 Nice carving and could serve as a reference on controlling speed doing so by picking your line. You just forgot the butters. 😉 Always havung been in Saas-Fee during the easter holidays peak season, I only ever once could do a very similar run (starting higher up at the topmost T-bars) in such good conditions, right after the yearly Allalin race, when the race course following that same route (and also ending at Maste 4 for lack of snow that year) was still closed off in the lower parts, but opened at the top. 😆 The race course being designed to point it straight except for that one turn where you went uphill, was much narrower, about two cat tracks wide, so carving was much less relaxed, and much more dynamic turns - boy was that a leg burner! 😆 Thank you for bringing back those memories!
Yeah, more butters next time!
Quality - effortless skill 👍🏻
Thanks so much!!
i've watched this couple times now, it is relaxing to watch and dream you are me and i'm shredding down that mountain. I'd love to shred that would be awesome. looks majestic.
Yeah Saas Fee is epic!!! Conditions were unreal
its so effortless and smooth! Need some more lessons from you to be at that level 🤣
If anyone who hasn’t, or is hesitant in learning to snowboard, just watch this. It encapsulates the sport perfectly. For those who can, it makes want you want to book a trip immediately. Where’s my board bag !!!
Damn Malcolm... I'm going to save this video to hype myself up before hitting the slopes! Please make another version with your favorite shredding music.
Malcolm , I Love the Sass fee glacier Switzerland run we need more from this area ... I am from Gimmelwald actually
I've got some more tutorials filmed there coming out over the next few weeks, I love that place!
Great 👍🏻 we're waiting ! Should catch up soon brother !
Jeezzzzz, that's a freaking long run!
That's only to the mid station too!
Making it look easy MM!!!
Malcolm you always make it look effortless. Drop by for drink since your in the neighborhood 🍻
I'm back in France now unfortunately!
Nothing can beat this part of “die Perle der Alpen” ❤ Love the part over the glacier too, in the back of the restaurant - opposite of where you started this run. The view there… Was there just last week, too bad I didn’t run into you so I could’ve compliment you in person for all the awesome content on your channel. 🙏🏼 (and maybe borrow your cameraman for a run back to 1800 😜 ) Just beautiful camerawork, the riding ánd the takes of the Dom and all in the back 😎. Cheers! 🤘🏼✌🏼
Ah yes, this was filmed in early November though, I was only there for a few days, normally I'm in France!
That run is so ridiculously dope...😛
Yeah was crazy good!!!
this video showed my my next learning step.. how to get these thin lines in the snow for more controle
So fun to watch! I should be writing an essay right now, but this was a good break. Especially since it looks like where I am in Utah, I won't be able to snowboard until next semester.
Good luck with your studies, don't let me distract you too much!
