Why HyperX Cloud II is better than Razer Barracuda X for Gaming
In a recent video i stated that the Razer Barracuda X is the best headset, but by further examination i think i might have been wrong. HyperX Cloud II Wireless Gaming Headset might actually be better for gaming, and here is my reasons.

Amazing video, i love how clearly you explain things. You earnt my sub, keep up the good work my g!
Glad your big warm head liked these. And just the kind of review I was looking for!
which one is best for gaming + music
What about Cloud 3? Have you tested those?
You got all my support. Are you available on LinkedIn? Liked and subscribed
Yep
@@DanglishReviews would like to connect you with on LinkedIn, man
I have had Hyperx Cloud 2 whireless the HP version for a week and ended up returning them. The white noise is so noticeable right after you turn them on and the worst part is the connectivity. If you have their software Ngenuity on, you will get random disconnects of the headset which is just the worst for any gaming. There is 2 years old reddit thread about this with a lot of people complaining, and they still didnt fix it. I have old HyperX cloud flight and wanted a new Hyperx but after this I will look elsewhere, maybe on Razer.
Mine might not be the hp version- how do you know?

I am going to buy the barracuda but I want to share with my concerns before. So i want a gaming headset and i want a headset that i can use outside house or at office for example and i found the barracuda do this perfectly with dual connection and comfort since i will be wearing it for long time and it's hot hear where i live even now in winter. So tge scenario is i keep the 2.4 connected to my pc go to work or outside use the Bluetooth connection get back and just turn on the headset and it will connect to the pc or Playstation
So will the barracuda do the job? I can also consider cloud 2 wireless but it will not help me with this scenario and the comfort
Yeah I bought the barracuda X 2022 and i have been using for about 2 weeks. I liked the connectivity options and comfort but i found myself get tired of it after about 3 hours of gaming(maybe because I am not used to gaming headsets or maybe because my glasses is little bit long) but that's not big deal for me since my longest gaming season nowadays is like 3 to 4 hours on weekends and sometimes wearing a hoodie with my headset on top of it and like that i feal i can go with it on for 6 hours and more. But the most weird thing is when I am using 2.4 connection on my ps4 my sound was tooo noisy but wired the mic was awesome, so i tried the 2.4 on my pc and tested the mic also the mic was perfect Maybe my ps4 ports become dusty Just wanted to share my experience with you guys
Aw man that sucks. I have the Cloud 2 since 9 years i believe. They are great and did great but they got so uncomfortable in the last months... The cushioning is gone and i start to play longer sessions again. The Razer got recommended to me and i tried them on for a few seconds. They must sit on your head so nice and tidy. Have you tried 7.1 on the razer tho?
there is no 7.1 on the Razer Barracuda X, at least to my knowledge.. I think thats on the Razer Barracuda Pro maybe.
@@DanglishReviews Online it says it should have it.. Anyway.. 7.1 mostly sucks :D
yea, i dont use the software included with all the headsets i am testing, as i really think it makes the experience worse.. the only thing i think is ok is Blue Vo!ce from Logitech, but ye.
Barracuda X is more comfortable for long periods for me. The cloud 2' clamp on my huge head. Sound quality is pretty par on both. Cloud 2, slightly better isolation. but u can get leather pads for the barracuda x
Not really a fair comparison IMO, as right now the Barracuda is 89 CAD on amazon and the hyperx cloud 2 is 140 CAD for the wireless designs. So for more than 150% the cost... yeah, it should be better. And that is comparing links I am looking for. Looking at your affiliate links it is ridiculous the price difference. $88 vs $209. These headphones at that price difference should not be compared.
I bought it for under $100 i dont know the prices in CAD and this is barracuda X Not barracuda :) check my other vids
Pro players use in-ear and iems under those HyperX you see in tournaments. What you see is only for advertisement.
btw why they use IEMs under headphones
is baracuda x 2022 the best headset under 100 dollars?
I am using it :)
@@DanglishReviews is it worth the upgrade if I go from g pro x to baracuda x 2022?
They are very different IMO. There is a new G pro X model which might be more for you. Barracuda is not the same Pro Grade gamerset but more allround
@@DanglishReviews i have the g pro x wired is it worth it to upgrade to baracuda x 2022
@DanglishReviews i have been wondering that alot of people shit on the "new" hyperx cloud 2 because hp bought the company and "upgraded" the hyperx cloud 2. anyways does the sound make a difference in csgo?
any thoughts on the new Cloud 3 ?
i cant find it out yet wireless, and i am not going to buy the wired to test it :)
@@DanglishReviews funnily enough , i’m going wireless (Pulse 3D) back to wired. i’m stuck between getting Cloud 3 or Cloud Alpha
Your headset is AFAIK a slow Bluetooth headset, but why would you go wired?
@@DanglishReviews mainly i’ve been gaming a lot more recently and i can’t help but think heaving wireless technology next to my head for hours at a time is good for me and can be dangerous long term. also i’m sure that wired just sound better.
@@Hypno_BPMgoing by that fudd logic you should stop paying your wifi and electricity bill. Oh and the 5G waves from the cell towers and phones 🤣. Sped kids
Barracuda for 89 euros or cloud 2 for 58 euros?
cloud to for 58 sounds like a steal, if you like the pads
Comment for the yt algorithm.

Barracuda x 2021 version is an excellent head set. Light, comfortable, volume level not ridiculously limited. Don't get sponsored, buy them, give uninfluenced reviews. You dont need sponsors unless you what to be a bul shitter
