I’ve seen a lot of people criticizing the maps, but I actually really like it. Not once have I looked up on the top right of my screen. I think it definitely helps you learn the maps by yourself.

Yea!! I’m a real hardcore fan. It forces you to learn the map. I noticed when I play core, I get killed a lot trying to locate red dots all the dang time.
Agreed man every game i play everyone’s bent outta shape about that but personally i like it it’s one less distraction i find myself focusing on the map more and learning it

The mini map makes the gameplay for everyone alot smoother and fluid
The 32 vs 32 Ground War will be available on a new map starting September 21 for the last few days of the beta. Will be doing it on my Xbox One and know that you need to give Ground War another good try as well. At this point this is the mode that will make or break the game for me this year.

I think the non-existent mini map does this game wonders in regards to the team aspect. Playing with a buddy of mine, when he would call a UAV it felt awesome, and really felt like he was supporting the team. No complaints, this game is great

i played for a good 4 or 5 hours & never got timed out/disconnected. it might be your internet trev. but it could be the beta, i never got timed out though so i’m not sure honestly.

I didn't have any errors when I played earlier today. Didn't get disconnected once. Maybe later in the day they were having more issues with connections because more people were playing? Idk

Grazna raid is one of the worst maps I've ever played. Everyone camps in the middle house at the windows and spawntraps the other team. That combined with no minimap, and you have a recipe for headless chickens running around

It's meant to make you think as you move around the map rather than rushing the same place everytime. The map design is unique and proper where you need to learn the map and use smart decision making and positioning and tactics like backing off or approaching from different angles. I can get why you think it's bad because you've never had to use your brain before

Pyrex I’ll agree the cave map sucks because from what I’ve played, opposing noobs just camp underground. Since it’s no longer 3 lane maps, It’ll take time to learn it so you can maneuver throughout it better and learn all camping spots.

They gotta tweak a lot of things (it’s a beta so what can you expect), but this game looks like it’s the one. Finally a really good cod? Looks like a mix of the older mw games + ghosts + battlefield/insurgency sandstorm. It’s literally exactly what I wanted
Idk about the no minimap tho. I feel like there should be an option to toggle one on, but it won’t display dots. Just teammates and objectives and map layout

The game is sooo much better .. i only play hardcore so no minimap and fast ttk are no issue at all .. its the best cod since the first modern warfare .. battlefield fans will be jumping ship!
