A mixture of rice and chickpeas will lighten your skin. Evens out the complexion, removes pigment spots. Reduces the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines and prevents them from reappearing. Recipe and ingredients:
Place a tablespoon of chickpeas in a glass jar.
1 tablespoon of white rice.
200ml of water.
Close the jar and let the chickpeas and rice soak well overnight.
After soaking the rice and chickpeas overnight (12 hours).
Blend the mixture with a hand mixer.
Strain through a sieve or cloth.
Put on the stove over low heat.
If you get a heavier mixture than before, turn off the heat.
Divide the mixture into 2 parts.
Let's prepare the first cream.
1 tablespoon cornstarch.
1 teaspoon macadamia oil.
1 teaspoon grapeseed oil.
1 vitamin E capsule.
Mix all ingredients very well.
Let's prepare the second cream.
Choose the combination that best suits your skin.
Add 2 teaspoons of aloe vera gel.
1 teaspoon avocado oil.
1 vitamin E capsule.
Mix all ingredients very well.
❗❗❗ Do an allergy test before use! Apply to a small area on the inside of the hand and wait 30 minutes.
