I remember back in scv, that her orb stays in the feild after she throws it outward and can call it back after words, do you think its possible to incorporate that in a way, or does it require it to register as another model for that mechanic to take place?

Unfortunately I'm not sure I'll be able to replicate that. SC5 used a special script for orb placement which I can't open in Scuffle so I have no way of knowing what to do lol

They’re replacers. Viola will replace 2B.

Tbh for the character selection there was enough space to add four more characters but Soul Calibur seems to not want to do a season 3

I will say just hope it doesnt end up a DMCA it is Paid content and it will disrupt any marketing planning around the new design for SCVII meaning they will not appear as fan art. You would be safer to offer this for free while asking donations as now you are in infringement legal territory.. If T8 does as well as T7 they will be less afraid to go after mods and other things that capitalize on their DLC sales and projections for SCVII. Just saying Donations are not exempt when content is pay access incentive.
