This is what happened = Arvind Kejruddhin pulled an UNCONSTITUTIONAL ACT Step 1 : In Mar 2015, Kejru appointed 21 MLA's as Parliamentary Secretaries when ND Capital Region Act clearly stated that Delhi CM can only appoint One such P/S. It was *unconstitutional* to begin with. Step 2 : Kejru created positions via a legislative fiat to accomodate his 21 P/S's. Which was again a HIGHLY *UNCONSTITUTIONAL* act by Kejru. Step 3 : Kejru passed a bill with retrospect (March 2015) = to make his *unconstitutional* act as legit Step 4 : The President termed the whole thing *Unconstitutional* and refused to assent/ratify the bill passed in Delhi Legislative Assembly Step 5 : Instead of admitting the guilt, *UNCONSTITUTIONAL* act, and unethical manner it was conducted; Kejru went on bullshitting the whole country that "It's all Modi Ji's fault" "I am Kejriwal and I am the biggest victim in the world" etc. The truth is PM Modi has nothing to do with the whole episode. PM Modi is not iota culpable in Kejru's *UNCONSTITUTIONAL* Act. -Kejru committed an *UNCONSTITUTIONAL* Act -Kejru got repramended by the President ( *THIS IS Unprecedented* ) -Kejru lost legal battle -Kejru lost moral battle -but He kept on bullshitting the whole country by saying it's all Modi's fault. Sambit is simply trying to entertain the bhakts with his dramatic performance while disrupting whenever he senses a threat that truth is getting a voice in this Debate. Arnab, Why don't first you let your guests to give their answers independently to all your questions without interrupting but with prescribed time limits. This happened for only one question "why Kejriwal is so obsessed with Modi?". When Arun bhatia started to express his viewpoint, ,Arnab and sambit patra very cleverly sidelined him thus not allowing the viewer to hear his view point.( 22:40) . See how desperately Mr. Sambit and Arnab are trying to heckle Arun bhatia.H Rahul Mehra explained the technicalities of this particular issue well. But again Arnab tries to interfere and started shouting (12:38). I agree that there was no need to introduce the bill. These appointments are not a big issue as they are not getting any remuneration or perks. It's very clear how much hatred Mr.Arnab has for Mr.Kejriwal. This is not good for a journalist.
Its not hatred. Its survival sense. News channels are bought-off by political parties through there crony business partners and then they actively pursue the party agenda. To make it more realistic, they will sometimes pretend to question their owners, but its all hogwash. If any editor or reporter tries to be neutral or ethical, he will be booted out. This is the sad state of most of the media in the country.

This is what happened = Arvind Kejruddhin pulled an UNCONSTITUTIONAL ACT Step 1 : In Mar 2015, Kejru appointed 21 MLA's as Parliamentary Secretaries when ND Capital Region Act clearly stated that Delhi CM can only appoint One such P/S. It was *unconstitutional* to begin with. Step 2 : Kejru created positions via a legislative fiat to accomodate his 21 P/S's. Which was again a HIGHLY *UNCONSTITUTIONAL* act by Kejru. Step 3 : Kejru passed a bill with retrospect (March 2015) = to make his *unconstitutional* act as legit Step 4 : The President termed the whole thing *Unconstitutional* and refused to assent/ratify the bill passed in Delhi Legislative Assembly Step 5 : Instead of admitting the guilt, *UNCONSTITUTIONAL* act, and unethical manner it was conducted; Kejru went on bullshitting the whole country that "It's all Modi Ji's fault" "I am Kejriwal and I am the biggest victim in the world" etc. The truth is PM Modi has nothing to do with the whole episode. PM Modi is not iota culpable in Kejru's *UNCONSTITUTIONAL* Act. -Kejru committed an *UNCONSTITUTIONAL* Act -Kejru got repramended by the President ( *THIS IS Unprecedented* ) -Kejru lost legal battle -Kejru lost moral battle -but He kept on bullshitting the whole country by saying it's all Modi's fault. To summarise it: AAP in march 2015, appeased its MLAs by giving fancy position like PS (which is not grossly wrong but does not differentiate AAP from others and infact puts AAP at embarrassing situation after all claims of being aam aadmi representatives ). In June 2015, AAP realised it was unconstitutional after someone filed petition against it (offcourse planted by BJP/Congress). Arvind Kejriwal also realised that this is a blunder which they have committed and can lead to disqualification of 21 MLAs (I feel it was out of their inexperience of running state/UT government) and planned to attack Modi on each and every issue since last year so that they are treated as victims and get sympathy on this case also. EC will give verdict on it.(We shall not go by News channel as most of the News channels have their own ideology of supporting one or other part view , for eg. Pro BJP-( India TV, Zee News, IBN-7) --Anti BJP (NDTV), Pro Arnab & Anti - Panelist) Times Now and no one for Congress etc. Kejriwal's conference against Modi was a desperate attempt to deviate the issue and gain public sympathy, which has actually gone against him and is making Modi more and more strong ( BTW its actually Modi's conduct which is making him better day by day). Kejriwal should focus (& I hope he is focussing) on more important issues coz its the leader who will lead from front to which Kejriwal & team despite of trying to bring political change ( not sure whether political change they are tying to bring going to better citizen's life) are still trying to get more of media attention on petty issues. Few Questions unanswered: If AAP's MLAs are not for profit or any special powers or reimbursements why they were appointed as parliament Secretaries.? Why is kejriwal directly attacking Prime Minister on it ?. I think we all know answers and AAP also knows it.
