  • I love this song because of how real and relatable it is. When I was younger, I was attracted to this girl I went to school with. She was the most beautiful girl I’d ever seen. We were always paired together in class and spent lots of time together. I developed feelings for her but unfortunately she didn’t feel the same way. We fell out of contact for years until our high school reunion. When she walked in, I was starstruck and didn’t know how to react. The fact that she was engaged at the time didn’t make it any easier. It’s safe to say that her presence hit me like a hurricane. I was hesitant to talk to her until she came to me and hugged me. It was very sweet to have one more fond memory of her. That’s why I love this song.
