This is the LARGEST marble run race EVER created. Get ready to witness a jaw-dropping feat of engineering and creativity in this record-breaking marble run race featuring not one, not two, but a mind-boggling 8 elevators!
Over the last few days I have constructed an exhilarating marble run competition that pushes the boundaries of what's possible in the world of intricate marble tracks. This is a meticulously designed course that spans multiple stories, twists and turns throughout my house, and incorporates an astounding octet of elevators. This is marble racing like you've never seen before!
The marble run kicks off with marbles racing down a towering descent, then defying gravity as they navigate turns by the poolside and across the deck. But that's just the beginning! As the marbles progress through the course, they encounter a series of elevators outside, in the kitchen, on the stairs, just about everywhere!
As the marbles advance through the course, you'll be treated to heart-stopping moments of near misses, incredible drops, and nail-biting finishes. The combination of speed, skill, and the element of chance makes this marble run race a true spectacle for all ages.
Don't miss out on the opportunity to witness history in the making as marbles compete in a race that challenges the limits of physics and design. Whether you're a fan of engineering marvels, marble racing, or simply appreciate the beauty of intricate craftsmanship, this event is sure to leave you in awe.
So hit that play button and join us as we celebrate the ingenuity, creativity, and boundless possibilities of marble racing. Who will emerge victorious in this epic marble run race with 8 elevators? Tune in to find out and prepare to be amazed! Don't forget to like, subscribe, and share the excitement with your fellow marble enthusiasts. Let the marble madness begin! 🏁🏆
Behind the scenes, I have worked tirelessly to create a seamless fusion of mechanics and marble run art. Each elevator has been engineered to ensure smooth and precise transitions for the marbles. The construction required a lot of tinkering in order to create the greatest marble run race on KZhead. Over the last few days, I've spent about 30 hours to bring you this colossal marble run. As a last hurrah before going to college for the year, I would say this is pretty good.
As for the construction, it went rather smoothly. I started with the Hubelino section in the basement. I figured I would start in the middle and work my way in either direction. Next, I constructed the two elevators to the right of the Hubelino and the entrance of the first of the two elevators. Next came the board game section, which I was excited about working with. It definitely added some more variety to the run, which is what I was looking for. Next came the basement skyrail. The most difficult part was finding a way to support the skyrail higher up in the air without supports, but I found ways to use my environment in order to keep the track up.
Onto the stairs. I knew going into the project that I wanted to do an elevator on the stairs, but I wasn't sure how I was going to accomplish this. The decision was made to place the elevator towards the bottom, but high enough on the steps to allow the marble run to cross overhead. This made it easier on everybody in the house because it was out of the way. The elevator on the stairs was the worst to work with because it would sink down over time and cause too much slack in the chain, resulting in the marbles falling off the elevator. I had to adjust it right before I filmed to make sure it would work. After this elevator I taped all the tracks over head. As expected, I had to re-tape these tracks multiple times before filming. After this section, I added some cardboard tracks before the transfer to the skyrail. Making tracks out of old boxes was actually pretty fun.
Next up, finishing the basement. I made a collection ramp out of cardboard to corral the marbles from the board games into the next elevator. From here they went to the marble tracks around the workout bench. The elevator built by the bench was actually surprisingly stable and caused me no issues at all. After this I looped the track back around and over the board games again, which I thought was pretty neat and I'm glad I included it. Then I quickly put together the final section.
Working in my kitchen went better than expected. Building tracks up to the fridge wasn't too bad. The skyrail worked surprisingly well except for one run where multiple marbles flew off at random. The elevator was tedious but enough tape got everything to stay.
Finally, I finished off the construction outside. There was no wind but it was also swelteringly hot which sucked. I thought it would be awesome to run the skyrail along the pool and I'm glad I did. It looks awesome! Just some extra track at the beginning and it was done! Thank you for watching!

  • They are chain lifts I haven’t built something that big I guess you finally decided to speed up the lifts probably cause you don’t like the antaspaion of them at normal speed which I like

    • Yeah the elevators take a while to lift the marbles up and there’s no reason to wait that long for a video
