  • This game is very much a wiki type of game, there's so much stuff in it that there's a good chance you'll never beat it completely blind. That being said this was a very cute and funny video, and this game gets crazy the farther in you get, so I'm definitely excited to see more of your adventures.

  • you don't have to stand on it, but as long as you're anywhere near it, you can craft things with it. I also don't recommend exploring underground desert yet as it's quite more dangerous, instead just start with normal caves so you can get a bit stronger, and about fishing, you'll need some bait, like a worm, and then you need bigger water, the bigger the pool of water, the better things you get

  • I think legendary mode on the get broke boi seed has broken me. I see a single slime and start freaking out expecting it to one shot someone with no armor.

  • NPC housing needs walls, a table, a chair, a door, and lighting. Build several as NPCs will show up after certain milestones like getting an explosive or 50+ silver coins. Also, get some cactus...

  • terraria is one of those games where you start out and it's like "omg minecraft but ____ 🥰" then end it with "i don't know what day it is. what year it is, even. i haven't seen my family in weeks. i don't know if they're even alive. 😭"

One word of advice: try not to look up any tutorials or wikis, because it makes for a much more engaging experience and video. The guide has a help section that will guide you through the game.     • Also I'd recommend looking at the wiki. Granted it's like reading old English but it does provide some good tips after you decipher it

    • Or look at some gameplay but even then it could get a bit confusing. This game has a decently high skill ceiling but even a noob in one of the damage class's can kill any boss if they prep enough. Or run quick enough

  • tip: go melee if you are a beginner. melee has the most defense and is the easiest. mage and summoner are for more experienced players. also, this game is nothing like minecraft. it has more bosses and more loot! the game can get pretty insane at times! best of wishes on your terraria journey!

  • Speak with the weirdo at the start he helps u with building houses how to make some nova move in and how to summon bosses he also shows things u can craft with items you show him i finished the game and his crafting is a life saver

  • As an expert terraria enthusiast one tip i could give you is to go to a place called the dungeon, it looks like a mini castle and it is located on one of the edges of the world. Once you get there ignore the old man and go inside, you could find useful loot down there that could help you in your journey👌
