In buu saga they were already able to get out of there and vegeta is basically strong enough to destroy the time chamber so I think Goku can do the same, Bro cmon this what ifs are annoying cuz it doesnt even make any sense.   • while the story is unique and interesting what didnt make sense is how gohan unlocked his beast form due to his rage against his own father for no reason. I dont think anything beerus has said would make sense enough to convince everybody to hate goku enough as he has saved the entire universe countless of times. Vegeta's and Goiku's rivalry with eachother is unmatched and its been proved throughout the anime that without Goku, Vegeta really doesnt have any meaning. When Goku died vegeta literally was depressed, and even after he died in cell saga he supported gohan.

  • What really went down was Vegeta said lock me in there too, but if I get out, your job is mine, and no harm must be done to my family until then. It’s just unrealistic for Gohan to ever say that. I would say he got taken over by baby or something.
