You are the very first reactor to any one Dimash's songs who actually stated that he would be such a good actor and the perfect singer for Disney production. Last thing I heard as far as keeping in shape, he had to give up a couple of things he was doing because he became so busy with his music schedule. He had to drop most of his athletic endeavors for the musical career. He kept swimming (the one physical exercise that works all of the major muscle groups, the best over-all fitness routine possible plus the best lung workout) and if I am not mistaken, he is still in some martial art form (but here is where my memory fails me...he may have also given that up or he may still do that every day, I don't remember how that went).

Indeed, Dimash has done acting in his music videos, Golden, Okay, Be With Me, and The Story Of One Sky, just to name a few. And the roles he asdumed are just as versatile as his voice. Some say, he should be in the next James Bond movies in a double role, both as performer of the title song as well as 007 himself.

Last thing I heard as far as keeping in shape, he had to give up a couple of things he was doing because he became so busy with his music schedule. He had to drop most of his athletic endeavors for the musical career. He kept swimming (the one physical exercise that works all of the major muscle groups, the best over-all fitness routine possible plus the best lung workout) and if I am not mistaken, he is still in some martial art form (but here is where my memory fails me...he may have also given that up or he may still do that every day, I don't remember how that went).
