You should buy a header building blocks, they are a bunch of round tube sized Lego pcs that you snap together so you don't waste material. It makes doing headers easy and enjoyable

You can get Eastwood upper control arms for a g body. They are cheap and they just flip from side to side.

Depending on the camera you are using, having a higher F-stop when possible will help with having more stuff in focus especially things in the background. For example if you want yourself the focus and something in back a little less blurry bump that F-stop to like F-9! Disregard if you know all of this, pretend i didn't even explain any of this.

It's a s10 front end you can probably get tubular top control arms probably give you a little more room
Or u can tweak the pinion angle if u have any wiggle room will bring the driveshaft down enough for clearance
I really enjoy your videos as a diy fab’er and I’ve learned so much. It’s helped me to not get frustrated when things turn out “off” compared to what you planned. Everything is mallable. Trial and error. Best thing is to put in the time and have fun. It’s helped me fabricate tons brackets/exhaust/ misc on my turbo build. While my car taste is more German I appreciate watching your work for my own ideas on projects

Wouldn't it be easier to make the steering 1:1 chain drive? Mount sprockets to the steering shaft and steering box. Run steering over header and link them with a chain

There are most likely some focus modes you can play with to make that easier too. Love the videos, keep 'em comin'! The CRX build is insane and awesome! I had a new CRX Si back in '89. And you're killin' it with the current body swap, it keeps looking better and better!

Just my 2c , why didn’t you go the k20/k24 route converting the crx to awd. Could’ve used parts from a awd wagon kinda similar to boostedboiz. Love the build regardless
The new camera is nice, but the faster lens is putting the background in bokeh. Higher F-stop will get your depth-of-field back. Loving this build.
Watching you do the headers, I am beginning to think you should have frame swapped the CRX body unto something wider. You could have widened the body a bit, that's child's play for you. Then you'd have had the room for the headers. Didn't really notice the shakiness. I am watching this at 7AM, before I go to work, but I love the shots idea. I'm going to re-watch the video tonight and get comfortably numb doing all the shots. 🤣😂

#casyscustoms The S10 chassis and the G body chassis are nearly identical, with equal aftermarket support. Since ALL G bodies rot from the back, finding a good front section of frame shouldn't be difficult. You can then graft the G body front to the S10 frame.

I like the new camera quality. The auto focus jumping to your arm when you point at the car is a bit awkward. Otherwise the quality is great. Car looks fantastic as well. Just a suggestion for the next V8 civic…AWD. If that’s even possible in such a tight space.
