not surprised it crawls. those low profile tires prevent the walls from collapsing; we need more of that as the contact patch will never be much bigger than you see here. they are a bit to big to allow for more articulation though but works.
This REDCAT is the best out the box 1:18th crawlers there is for $99. The amount of upgrades available already is crazy.

This crawler is very capable but definitely not in the scale RC category even stock. Scale would mean outside of tire wall be flush with guards
