okay i am so fucking proud rn WELL DONE MY BOYZ!!! 😭💖💗👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 honestly when i first heard and saw “BOY” i was completely taken aback because it is one of the strongest debuts of last year and ever imo. ngl initially i wasn’t expecting much because i wasn’t too familiar w cre.ker and i only knew that haknyeon was going to be in the group so i wanted to support him and the other boyz he would be w. when i watched their debut, i was truly floored. the song, the camerawork, the colour grading, the transitions (they felt like water that’s how fluid they were), the distribution. they have 12 members and i know haknyeon and eric got like 4 seconds but you see them a lot and they got more in other songs. i was truly taken aback by how fair the line distribution was. BOY became one of my favourite songs ever. it could’ve been so generic but it’s so poppy, vibrant, and it’s fast-paced without being fast. THE BOYZ got me hooked because i then watched their reality show (HIGHLY REC OMFG) and then their YT videos and V Lives. they instantly became an ultimate bias group for me and i had a feeling they would be after BOY. i was rlly anticipating this song and album and i did love the song in the preview but i didn’t think it would be as good as BOY.
