3 EASY Exercises to Help You Fully Empty Your Bladder
If you're experiencing frequent trips to the toilet, urinating only small amounts, overactive bladder, or urine dribble afterwards, you need to do bladder exercises. Incomplete bladder emptying can happen to men of all ages and thankfully bladder exercises can help you fix this issue. In this video I go through the top 3 stretches to release the muscles that might be impeding your urine flow. Thanks Dr. ! Do you have a print-out available for these exercises. I'm 85 and that would be helpful. I appreciated your saying that these exercises can be done on a firm bed since getting down and back up from the floor is an issue for me now. I get up about four times a night to urinate, but I do drink a lot of water. Thanks for a clear and well explained video!
