No Bake Chicken Cordon Bleu with Dijon Cream Sauce
This video will show you how to cook chicken cordon bleu with dijon cream sauce. This recipe suggests the chicken to be deep fried. I used Panko bread crumbs to coat the chicken for this reason because it will provide a nice golden brown color to the dish and a nice crisp texture as well.

Here are the ingredients for chicken cordon bleu:
2 lbs. Boneless chicken breasts
3 to 6 pieces sliced ham
3 to 6 pieces Swiss cheese
1 1.2 cups Panko bread crumbs
2 eggs
2 cups cooking oil
Dijon Cream Sauce
½ cup heavy whipping cream
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 ½ tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons minced yellow onion
Salt to taste

I have cooked this recipe already but I just fried them for 10 mins and baked for another 15 mins. In that way it won't absorb too much oil.
