  • I think this is the best channel from your country than many that I have watched. I use to watch several but they used so much drama to beef up their channels I stopped watching, using snakes in their beds, coming into their house and acting like they were bitten by deadly snakes from there that would of killed then but were better in one day. It was funny to watch but too much dramas got me. You both make amazing videos, work hard, are a great team and harvest and preserve for your house. But also help your community of those not as fortunate as you all are to have things. I admire you for that cause most other channels wouldn’t do that. Except for a couple I have watched.

If all the people in the world has Work ethics like you two we wouldn’t have a problem of climate change right now food and energy would be so abundant wouldn’t have a problems with people being hungry and unemployment!

  • TU you did great picking the eggplant. Never saw any that size. Really interesting how you preserve it. DAU did good helping you out. That way you didn't have to cut up the garlic, ginger and hot peppers. That way you got done faster. A nice load of lumber. Had to walk around the last part of the road yet to concrete.   • After the war, when many Vietnamese were airlifted to the US, they brought the seed for these eggplants. The local Vietnamese pickle them just like you did and sell at their marketplace. They also cook and include them in many recipes. They are creamy and delicious!
