  • Hello Thoisoi, First of all I would like to thank you for your amazing work. I love your content and I don't always take the time to thank you for it that you deserves. Secondly, it is very interesting to hear from someone studying in the field. However, the examples of additives you picked and tone of your video can make think that all additives are harmless but there is quite some concerns about some, such as titanium dioxide or aspartame, which are plenty used. I think that a bit more of nuances/disclaimer would have been welcomed on this topic touching to health risks. Lastly, as most comments, I miss your real voice. :D Anyway, thanks for your amazing work, it is very interesting, I hope you keep on it for long time. Cheers

  • Banning powdered vodka was ridiculous. Here in the US at least, it was banned due to younger people sniffing it, which wasn't really a big thing to begin with, but you would have to sniff so much powder just for 1 shot worth of alcohol, no one was going to do that when they can just take a shot normally, and be drunk very very fast anyway. Imagine needing to sniff 20 massive, finger width lines of this shit just to get 1 shot or 2 shots worth of alcohol. Now I could imagine mixing in a small amount into cocaine, just for the hell of it, but it wouldn't really be useful.

I don't really care that they thicken my Ice Cream, or Mayo... I don't want them or like them in my food. I notice a distinct texture when they are in the foods. A few days ago, we bought some "milk shake" at a local place, and some of it dropped on the ground... it was literally solidified on the ground the next day -- almost like a firm plasticized foam. (sigh)... I wish they would stop putting these additives in the food.
