My mother used to love him. When me and my sister was little she would watch us dancing . If i close my eyes i capture the moment when we all shared the love of good music and if theres such a thing as afterlife i hope my mum dad and sister are dancing in the sky RIP ♥

- Das bin ich völlig mit dir einig. Ich war als 12-jährige in Neapel und in einen Bar war ein Juke Box. Das einzige Lied das ich kannte war von Demis Roussos. Jeden Tag bin ich zum Bar gegangen um mich die Stimme von Demis anzuhören. Unvergesslich.

У него какая то святость в исполнении в каждой песне. Действительно любимый сын своей страны. Чем больше смотрю, тем больше влюбляюсь в его исполнения, хотя не зная перевода песни с большим восхищением и улыбкой слушаю. Слушаю утром, днём ночью и каждый раз наслаждаюсь его голосом. Вечная ему память и его таланту!!!!

He was born in Egypt. Of Greek parentage. He was in a plane hijacking ( TWA, 1985 ). He left us in 2015. The music world is that much poorer for it.

metalhead here, happened to grow up listening to led zeppelin, yes, black sabbath, deep purple and the likes... now, as an old man, I remember my mum used to be a huge huge fan of Demis. it brings tears to my eyes listening to this. both because I still miss her, and because they don´t make music like this anymore.

- No hay palabras para definir lo que yo siento al escuchar a este prodigio a este ser con voz angelical, escribo esto con lagrimas en los ojos me siento como flotando en el universo, me pasa con la musica clasica y selecta como el condor pasa, no estoy drogada ni nada por el estilo, me gustaria que alguien entienda este sentir, muchas veces lo comento y hay personas que tan solo se rien y no creen.
