Haojue DR300 (Suzuki GSX-S300) revealed at Chongqing Mobo Fair 2018
The Haojue DR300 (aka Suzuki GSX-S300) has been unveiled at the Chongqing Mobo Fair 2018 in China.
According to Newmotor, the Haojue DR300 (aka Suzuki GSX-S300) uses an all-new 298 cc, parallel twin-cylinder, four-valve, liquid-cooled engine that is mated to a 6-speed transmission. The engine is reportedly developed independently by Haojue. The company hasn’t revealed the power and torque figures of the DR300.
The design of the Haojue DR300 is modern and inspired from the Suzuki GSX-S1000. The styling of the production-spec model stays true to the patent images that were leaked in April 2018. The motorcycle features an all-LED headlamp with LED DRLs, fully-digital instrument cluster, sculpted fuel tank with extended tank shrouds, a raised tail section, split seats, up-swept exhaust canister and LED taillights.
Suspension duty is carried out by USD front forks and an adjustable mono-shock at the back. The motorcycle features 10-spoke 17-inch alloy wheels shod with 110/70-section and 140/60-section Pirelli Diablo Rosso III tubeless tyres at front and rear respectively.
The Haojue DR300 measures 2,055 mm in length, 720 mm in width and 1,050 mm in height, while it has a wheelbase of 1,420 mm. The bike tips the scales at 177 kg. Braking is courtesy of a 298 mm petal disc at the front and a smaller rotor at the rear. Dual-channel ABS will be standard.
The Haojue DR300 is a China-spec motorcycle that is not relevant to India. That said, Suzuki Motorcycle India is reportedly working on an India-spec Suzuki Gixxer 250 for the domestic market. The new model will rival the Yamaha FZ25 and the KTM 250 Duke.

  • This bike style is good and if this going to be Gixxer 250 with some cost cutting and 250 cc oil cooled engine for india will sell good. But expecting suzuki to give good pillion comfort seat. For example Honda CBR250 has a decent look with good pillion comfort, but the bike is lead down only by its price and fuel economy. SUZUKI, If you really want to pull customers for gixxer 250 pls consider pillion comfort and upright riding position to compete with FZ25. Giving a mix of commuting and touring. Why I am saying this : Those are the type of customers awaiting Gixxer 250 (daily commuters to office and occasional tourer sometime with pillion)

    • Tenho uma Suzuki Inazuma ( produzida pela haojue e da Suzuki só tem o logo) tirei zero a 2,5 anos atualmente rodo 88 km por dia ,ela está com 42 000km rodados ,fica no sol e chuva no trabalho, não há degradação dos materiais ,não apresentou defeito algum nesse tempo peças trocadas só mesmo o natural ( pastilhas, pneus , filtros ,etc) relação ainda é original e está intacta , compraria essa haojue de olho fechado.

  • hace muchos años que suzuki vende productos de otras marcas y las vende como propias. No comprariamos motos chinas pero si vienen con el logo de suzuki si. ¿ acaso un logo mejora un automotor ? la verdad es que la industria automotriz china cada año mejora en su calidad y desempeño . Debemos dejar a un lado nuestros prejuicios, de este modo nosotros los consumidores ganamos y obligamos a las marcas tradicionales a bajar sus precios

  • Looks like an exact copy of the honda cb500f except it has upside down forks which look better. As usual paint them all black and remove the badges and you wont know if its a Honda, suzuki, Kawasaki or a yamaha.
