    • Hi Mam, please advice that how many times a week we can apply those face-masks? Also should we apply any one of face packs each day that means one pack one day then another one next day and so it will be a three days cycle for those three packs? And then repeat the cycle?   • For smooth glowing skin: 1 - Hydration is essential. It helps. Drink at least 2 liters water per day. 2 - Wash my face with riceeberry face wash from litleextra daily. Although I sometimes skip due to impatience. It works but you need to apply it daily atleast once. 3 - I stay away from all types of soap. 4 - I avoid junk food. 5 - I make sure to exercise for 30 minutes every day. Combined, all these steps helped me to get good glowing skin resulting in a complexion free from acne, dark spots, and pimples.

  • Hey guys I also want to share something Like if have acne u can try this remedy as well Like take some grass (green) and Usko piis do vo mixer meh nhi hoga grind it with mortar and pestle. Sab vo thoda pis jaye then add small amount of turmeric Kasturi haldi lelena usse colour nhi aayega vrna kitchen wala le sakte thoda sa then add coconut oil and camphor ( jo puja meh use krte h) mix it well camphor pighal jaye uske baad apply it on ur face and keep it for some time and wash it
