  • Meditation is not about emptying your mind and stop thoughts. But about being aware of your thoughts. Once you identify it, it will be silent. Pay attention to it arising and fading away.

  • I eagerly wait for Saturday evenings..... Outside is very dark but we have street lamp so no worries 😅....and since its a monsoon season so for the background music we've frogs 🐸 in a pond .... My mom is making dinner .....my dad is doing his work my siblings are studying.... honestly I wasn't so focused on my studies this whole week😅 due to the dark negative clouds in my mind ....your precious talk made them fade away. ❤ Now I'm planning to study till the morning 😊 * I'm night owl* and your video made a great starting Thank you so much sir ❤ take care sir Stay healthy And stay Happy

  • Thank you, very useful. I love the description by MV Summers of the mind being "a television running all the time". I like your description of the mind starting to "behave" when we observe it. There's so much going on there, in the mind, that needs to be faced and acknowledged... And there's Grace in the there, in learning how to face these things...
