  • The thumbnail actually happend once. A long time ago earth was a young planet only a few million/billion years old. There was another planet sharing its orbit with Earth. It's name was Theia. Theia was Mars sized and as it was getting close to Earth, it CRASHED! As it crashed into Earth many chuncks fell off and started orbiting Earth. When the chuncks where colliding into eachother, gravity crushed it into a sphere and it turned into the moon! And that was the full story ;)
