Well I've ordered some magnetic lashes from online but I've yet to receive them, I've not yet used any kind yet but really do want to, and so I'm gonna order some of these you used I think they will work great for me too because I have a small eye set as you do and I'm fairly new at lashes period so yeah thanks!!

They always last all day on me without corners lifting if my liner is corner to corner!
@@timaaj4219 same I bought this same kit on amazon..I love the idea and look but I have tried glue one awhile back with absolutely no success and I just attempted these and it was a huge fail for me idk why it looks so simple but it's not for me anyway..the stuff got all over my hands in my eyelashes and the corners poke me in the eyes and it hurts very uncomfortable the ends were sticking up the eyelashes showed a gap above my real ones idk what the issues is at all but I had the worst time trying what looked so damn simple maybe because I never done it before and I have shaky hands so using gel eyeliner is already a negative for me ..I think I needed to make it more thick of a line but either way it was a shit show and now I can't get the crap off my hands of my eyes..I will try again another day but lmk how it goes for u lol
@@TheAnarchyIsReal try and practice with a regular cheap liquid eyeliner and follow some liquid eyeliner hacks on KZhead after you fully figure out eyeliner come back to these because until you figure out how to execute liquid liner you won’t get how to do this

My first time trying today. Thanks for the tutorial. I bought a brand on Amazon called POSTA. It came with two magnetic eyeliners and 10 different sets of lashes. I paid $9.99 for the kit. I love them. They fit well and the thing that I like most is the fact that they have different thinness and thickness to them. This way I can try all the different ones and find out exactly which thickness is perfect for me. Then if I decide to buy more I can always buy a different brand and get the perfect ones. Thanks for the tip about putting a little coat on my regular lashes first. You were right about the tweezer tool in the kit. It should be plastic because my lashes kept trying to stick to it. I’m going to try putting a thin coat of nail polish over it to see if maybe that will help.

I also tried this specific amazon brand that she’s testing, and at first they are perfect! Eventually the eyeliner gets messy, and stuck in my actual lashes (which was a huge hassle). The lashes started to fall off of the magnetic strip after about a week of wear. Try them though, they might work better for you than they did for me! I’m sticking with the usual glue on for now, or just mascara 😅
I've never worn lashes because I don't see well without my glasses and glue was SO hard to apply. These were so easy I'm hooked! I was able to find some that work with glasses!

Amber, I got a special deal today on Amazon... Not sure if just for Prime members or not, but the 5 sets in the kit I ordered are more natural than the kit that is shown here. That was what really grabbed my attention, after the special $8.00 off sale price of course... But 3 of the sets are basically daily wear and none are as extreme as the more extreme party pairs in this set. You still get 2 liners, and the tweezer things just different price today, and different lashes. All are 3D? I'm not schooled in all the terminology, but the 3Ds seemed to be the more tame lashes. LoL

I like Kiss liner better too. You can buy the lashes individually with Kiss instead of having to buy a liner with each lash.

@@carolinek2446 I'm so sorry Caroline, but all I've done so far is testing the liner on my skin to make sure i wasn't allergic. The liner did stay on well. I don't know about the full waterproof claims of any of the liners, but my thoughts were that I didn't want to spend the extra amount of money some other brands cost since this is my first try with lashes (I just know the entire glue thing will never work for me, it'd be a disaster lol.) The lashes did seem to stick to the liner on my arm, but it took more than one coat. Please let me know if you've purchased any lashes. I'm really interested in how they work for real people. I thought "no one can fake 20,000 reviews" so that was my reasoning with these lashes. I know there are 3 brands that are more costly, but I honestly don't know if they're any better than these lashes. I trust @slashedbeauty though, and James Walsh did say that the liner can kind of distort while you're wearing magnetics. I promise I will try them within the next couple days. I need the practice TBH 😂 Please keep in touch.

I usually take micellar water on a q tip to get off any residue from the lashes. I've worn them upward of 20 times so far and they're going strong.

I have tested ardell lashes on moxielash liner and it worked! I actually preferred it because the ardell gel liner dries out quickly.

Love how u go right to to it apply how it works on eyelashes very explanatory make it so, simple I never wear eye lashes before I prefer magnetic over glue I will give a try how u remove magnetic eyelashes?
You just pull them off! As for the eyeliner, an oil-based cleanser or cleansing balm will get it off!
I knew this was a thing I had a dream about this and it was actually real
I always hated wearing falsies with glue which led me to never wear them, but i LOVE the look they give for me. Magnetic lashes came along and completely changed the game for me and now i wear them almost every time i put my face on lol! I had tried Ardel and Kiss brand from CVS and found it unreasonable for them to charge upwards of $12-15 for one eyeliner and one set of lashes. All this time i coulve been ordering on amazon... LOL i will definitely try this brand out. thanks for the video!
I really liked ardell at first but the liner does become thick and goopy after a while. Hope these work out for you!

I love the look of the fuller longer lashes but are they easy enough to trim down so they don’t brush up against my glasses ? I’m hoping when cutting the length down it won’t totally screw up the look of the lashes. Any advice ? Thanks
I would try point cutting (so the point of the scissors is going toward the lash, not like chopping it horizontal so hopefully they'll still look tapered! I haven't had a lot of luck trimming lashes, I'm not awesome at it!

Can you review lashify lashes? They use a 'magnetic mascara' which bonds to the lashes . Not sure if it's worth the price but it looks really neat. Apparently it can stay on for up to a week or something like that

Nope, though I do tend to curl my natural lashes before putting the fake ones on because mine are so straight, so curling them ahead of time helps them blend. But I don't curl the fake ones.

Prep is key! When I filmed this video I wasn't using primer but I was using the Loreal infallible fresh wear liquid foundation that lasts all day, setting with the AOA Studio Perfect Powder for some of that oil control during summer!

Thank you! And no, as long as I'm careful about not getting the liner or glue on my actual lashes. If I do, I try to be gentle and use a cleansing balm to dissolve it without tugging or rubbing.
My go to lashes have been Glamnetic, but they're so expensive 😔 ($30 each and eyeliner $48) I've seen these many times on Amazon and I was skeptical due to the price... I will be trying these now...

It’s still a glue, just in an easier applicator. Looks like a marker. Looks easier to use than the regular glue though!

I just got mine in the mail I ordered this exact same kit I love them but I'm unsure how I should trim them because they are to long for my eyelid so I'm def gonna have to trim one of the magnets off hopefully it'll fit once I do that and not be to short
When you trim them, make sure you trim right up against the next magnet so there are still magnets in both corners
@@slashedbeauty I think it was a fail for me and I'm so disappointed lol..I was hyped to get these I got them today I just did the eyeliner and attempted to put them on and what a mess I got the eyeliner in my real eyelashes the line wasn't straight looking and the eyelashes go on but each end would lift up and the corner part pokes me and hurts ..it don't look like anything you did and I had it all over my hands the stuff don't come off at all it was a disaster you make it look so easy I'll try again but I'm sad it didn't turn out simple. Also I could see my eyelashes a little gap and then the fake ones my eyelashes were in the way for the eyeliner to go on I don't know why I'm having such a hard time and every one on youtube does it perfect in a snap..mind you this is why I never even wore the glue on ones this same issue happened with me and the Halloween ones I think it's me my hands are a bit shaky so I had alot of trouble with this..any tips ?
@@TheAnarchyIsReal Totally! That's why I recommend doing normal eyeliner first, and then using this eyeliner OVER that so you don't have to worry about this eyeliner being perfect/right up against your lashes or jagged. A layer of normal liner underneath will also help fill in any gaps if you don't make it perfect. Look at the size of the magnets, your line has to be at least as thick as the height of the magnets for a secure hold, even in the corners. That's the one downside to magnetic liner is that you always sort of have to do thick liner to ensure the lashes have something to hold on to. Whether it's glue or magnets, practice makes perfect!
When you apply the liner, how long did you let it dry before putting on the lashes?
At least a minute! I don't want it goopy because I reuse these lashes a lot!

No, the liner isn’t glue. You can remove and readjust your lashes without disturbing the liner, it doesn’t stick for good like glue until you remove it!

Hello, I've just subscribed to your channel. I've never used magnetic eyelashes or eyeliner but really want to try these. Can I just ask what cleansing balm you use to remove the eyeliner please?
I use the Farmacy Green Clean cleansing balm, it comes in a HUGE jar for about $30 and lasts a long time. I only use it for waterproof makeup and really heavy makeup days.

Hey I’m new here but I been watching lash videos and I noticed u mentioned that you couldn’t find any transparent magnetic eyeliner well a review I just watched no magnets no glue but it is a liner the kit also comes with 5 pairs and the black liner and the transparent she also said the lashes work really well you would have to do some tease arch to find it because she didn’t say the name lol but it does exist !!!

Is there a video more in detail on how you have to specifically cut them? It sounded like I had to cut them a more specific way.
If you need to cut them just make sure you cut up against the next magnet, so the corners stay down.
