I followed the normal Indian diet routine...n did 16:8 if.n had cheat days too(cravings).. M an odia...toh...in the morning I take my breakfast by 10 mostly boiled eggs or upma..uttapam.varies....(break my fast by eating a banana ..almond n walnut) n in lunch either roti or rice dal greens or typical odia cuisine...n for dinner(by 6 pm)..sabji...chicken ..paneer... For snacks I take rice brown cakes with peanut butter..n sometimes I take apple with peanut butter...or makhanas..it varies...coz u can't stick to particular dish ..it will make u feel sick n woul ld demotivate u too...(as in case of me) 😅😅do forgive for mistakes..😊
N the workouts just has increased my core strength...when I started I was like han yeh dance toh hai..isme kya...but trust me...when u do it properly u just feel nah its something more....it just adds up more strength...n u sweat a lot...yess u do....m a type of person who needs to have fun while working out...n this is it....I just love doing this... Thnk u so much mam💕
