Fast Bowling Transformations with SpeedCamp
SpeedCamp is a specialist one-to-one fast bowling coaching service based in the U.K. Since our launch in 2021, we are extremely proud of our high success rate using our Three Energy System framework.
In just two years, we have achieved results such as:
1: athletes increasing their bowling speed by 5mph to 20mph+
2: technical corrections in athletes allowing them to bowl with a legal and safe action.
3: athletes making the transition from club cricket to signing county academy contracts, being selected for county pathway cricket and even one international debut.
4: newcomers and veteran cricketers rediscovering their love for the game and bowling fast!
In this clip, you will see a compilation of before & after videos featuring athletes that we have worked with and applied the Three Energy System Framework to.
IMPORTANT NOTES
1: Regarding no-balls, this is intentional. We have either adjusted the pitch length to accommodate the bowlers' run-up or we are working on maximum intensity without constraints.
2: Regarding bowlers falling over in their follow through, this is down to the fact that they are bowling at an intensity they are not used to. Once they have adjusted to the increased intensity, they find balance in the follow through.

One thing I’ve noticed with all of them is that their impact energy has increased markedly. The gather and final catapult is a major difference between the before and after for all of them.
The swing in that bowl lol😂, maybe it was the best swing ball ever recorded during thier practice sessions
Hi Folks. You guys doing wonderful stuff. Is anything online available for we are in India
Im from bham and i cannot travel to meet you but do you do online analysis and coaching?
why most of them are unstable after the delivery ???🤔🙃
I want to go speed camp
whats the procedure
what are the numbers??
Good to see they also learned to fall in their follow throughs lol
Haha… nice one 👊
Falling in follow through with proper biomechanics is a good sign, it show the efforts put towards the ball
@@speedcampwhere and how do I sign up?
It's not about running speed it's all about how fast you can rotate your hand. I can literally bowl at 135+ with 6-7 feet run up
Can you please sent me some videos?? Of your bowling!......or give me your instagram id....if you posted some videos there
True
I also want to ball speed
An on line program would be amazing ( … not in the UK )

@@muhammadadnan1333 is it a joke ........
Why they all falling down though?
Why haven't you worked on the backfoot (landing foot) stiffness??
Hi Muzamil, what makes you think that we don’t? We work on what needs to be worked on - this changes from player to player. Our approach is specific and not general.
Why most of them are falling after delivery , work on stability .
Because they’re trying to develop speed by bowling as fast as possible. This can result in a bowler losing their balance in the follow through due to the inexperience of bowling at that intensity. It’s got nothing to do with stability. If they didn’t have stability, they would not be able to hold their shape when the front foot lands (this is the stage where the most amount of ground reaction forces are tolerated by the bowler).
But everyone doing no ball..why????
Everyone doing no ball🤣
Why are you teaching me to fall over ! Sure look rythym should be a balled follow through
olympics bowler😂
What do you mean, sorry?
Why can't you just throw like a normal pitcher? America
It's illegal in cricket to throw the ball like pitcher does in baseball. You've to rotate your arm without bending your elbow.
@@muzamilahmed3127 that's why America is better hahaha
