@Wesley Stafford Conte got backed in the winter and we still lost a lot of games. You can't just buy players and expect to become better. Most of the losses are because of the players unwillingness.

Just a quick thing...Spur didn't buy him, he is on loan for this season and next. There is a mandatory buy out if he reaches some statistics, it's something like 25m......If he keeps playing like he has been Levy better break out the check book, it would be a steal at that price.
Bentacur is great! He done tackles and distributes ball like a boss. He really outshined Hojberg in this match.

We need one more qualjty defender and a crearive midfielder ( not conte's style tho) and lastly a sub for Kane. It has been the same issues for the past 2 and half years and i really hope the club can bring better quality players so we can convince antonio and maybe kane to stay

Matt Doherty was class. Also good to have some integrity in that midfield. Winks stinking up the midfield every game. We seem to win against teams that play a high line by playing counter attacking football. But we need to consistently change up our style of football. Chelsea destroyed Burnley by playing through limes and producing overloads where a player had 3-4 teammates to pass to. We need to play a 3-5-2 against teams like that with a creative man. And imo after kulus fantastic performance as the creative man he would be class as a cam.
his most comfortable position is as an attacking mid and for those low block teams i reckon 3-5-2 is the way to go

the part that impressed me about the game was how the players were nasty towards richarlison and a selected few. must have been part of the plan. they were getting in his head. looked to be part of the plan. that is how italy wins their games. there are a couple of players in the united team that will be vulnerable to this. will be interesting to see who they pick. personally want to see it done on pogba, bruno fernandez. it will crush them.
