The glitch you encounter at 2:40 is due to you setting the cat's direction to 180, and then moving it backwards from 180, making it go up instead of down. After that, you set the cat's direction to -2 instead of 0, explaining the weird movement at 7:00. Hope this helps!

The reason it went up is because it was pointing at 180 degrees meaning if the speed at which it moves is positive it goes down and if it is negative it goes up

Black contains black, scratch will write "true", means its black, so that makes a loop, just like command in python "while True:"

where did you get the hacked blocks was it from a project if so witch one?
search up hacked blocks there are multiple projects
the "while contains " script is marginally more laggy than an average forever loop as it has to check if contains every single time it tries to run before it can actually run what's in the loop
hacked blocks could be useful such as left mouse pressed, ctrl pressed, shift pressed.

Only way - modifying scratch's code, but this block doesn't work because it's not "official".
