I have an iPad Pro 12.9 and iPad mini and use them both. I use the mini when I travel for a host of tasks. I use the Pro for research and content consumption including articles and videos. I will use either iPad when I have presentations for which I need notes or manuscripts. Basically, I will use the iPad for any computer usage for which a keyboard is not required.
How about Kindle scribe and IPad? 🤷🏾♂️ in terms of the reading, note taking etc..
@@user-gb9gp9ep8b I have personally not tried it, so couldn’t feature it - but seems like a good option if you want a devoted notes and reading option… but perhaps a little pricy for just that.
Use my iPad all the time. I have iPhone and MacMini. I use them all and love the ability to access my apps and information across the 3 devices. I intentionally chose apps that function across all devices. This is why I am considering your Simplified Template 2024. :)
I have the iPad Pro 12.9 screen and I don't use it NEARLY to what its capable of. I love your videos to help me explore more...
I enjoyed your video - well done. I am not one for using non Apple apps, I do use a couple though. I really like Readdle Scanner Pro and PDF expert. These are great and offer additional features that iOS does not. IPad and iOS have replaced macOS in my tool kit. This makes for a light fast setup for me. The ability to hook up to a big monitor. I use a LG 27in 4K - outstanding! Thanks for all the tips you have, lots of good ideas there.

can you maybe do a video of your workflow between each of the productivity apps you use? You mentioned alot of different note taking apps, noteability, notion, goodnotes, todoist etc but what does your productivity app workflow throughout the day actually look like? Especially when apps like notion seem to have all the functionality one would use?

I’m applying for grad school - MBA. I’ve got to figure out my note taking and studying approach for the coursework.
I did my MBA and found having an iPad for books/slides second monitor + laptop was clutch
I enjoyed your video. I use my mini 6 mostly for reading and light gaming (I'm addicted to Solitaire), and my iPad 10 mostly for streaming movies.
Do you find the mini worth it? I love the idea…

What app would you recommend to use for reading PDF books on the ipad, which would allow you to highlight, comment, reference? both paid and free?

Glad it was helpful! I hear you re the files system - I think the key is to keep the layers of files low so you can jump to needed files faster on 1 or two clicks :)
I use my iPad as my main computer (outside of my work computer) & it has been great! I like the touch screen and when you pair it to a Magic Keyboard it is juts like a macbook..IF NOT BETTER!! 😊 I PLAN ON UPGRADING FROM MY M1 12.9 IPAD PRO TO THE NEW M4 13” IPAD PRO & IM NOT SORRY..😏

if you are not a power user and carry it a lot - Air, if you edit videos. / music or renders regularly - Pro.
