Stina Blackstenius' 116th-minute winner saw us win the FA Women's Continental Tyres League Cup for the second season running with a 1-0 victory over Chelsea.
With the game looking like it would have to be decided by a penalty shootout, Blackstenius stepped up to cushion the ball into the bottom right corner in the dying embers, bringing about pandemonium among Gooners at Molineux.

Stina for scoring, Foord for that assist after dribbling 3 chelski players like no one else can do, KCC played brilliant and I can see our future in her, Codina also was good at pocketing LJ despite getting her foot stomped (which I won't go into details but iykyk), all in all the team really had the dog in them and were playing SO WELL despite what happened to Frida. Congratulations this was a much deserved title and a breath of fresh air for this season.

Not sure who I was watching, but that was not the Chelsea W I have come to know and love. In fact the whole game was very stale. Not much in the way of goalmouth incidence. Chances were far and few between. Both Teams seemed to cancel each other out and did not make for a good Final. I would say the right Team won....just and if Chelsea were going to miss out on any of the silver wear they are going for, then let it be this one. I also have to agree with Emma Hayes, Jonas Eidevall was being very aggressive, although I would not call it "Male Aggression", as I have seen plenty of Women Players/Managers getting just as aggressive. Hope Powel, Jill Scott, even Emma Hayes herself. But Jonas Eidevall was out of order. Stepping outside his technical area, whenever a Chelsea Player came near, talking to them, doing his best to upset them. He was really peeing off Erin Cuthbert and I am sure anywhere else but on a Football Pitch and she would have justifiably clocked him one. I do not like him and he is a very unsportsmanlike like individual, with no class. I think the problem with this Final is a problem that is going to keep cropping up time and time again. Arsenal/Chelsea/Man City, are going to be Final's that crop up time and time again and it is getting to the point where the three of them know each other too well and they are going to cancel each other out and it could all get rather repetitive and boring.
You are wrong about Eidevall. It was Hayes and Cuthbert who were aggressive to him. For Hayes to speak afterwards of "male aggression" is just nonsense. She is a very bad loser, and Eidevall has gotten under her skin. Good riddance when she goes to USWNT.

I could hear every word he was saying and every time Chelsea took a throw-in, or a Chelsea Player had the ball and it was any where near him, he was there, yapping in their ear, getting in the way, stepping out of his technical area, stepping in front of the ball so they could not get to it to take the throw. As I have also written, I do not agree with the "Male Aggression" comment, as I have seen Females within the game displaying the same aggression, so that comment is wrong to direct it just at Males. I also understand Swedish and he often spoke to the Chelsea Players in Swedish, smiling at them, calling them "dum ko"....."värdelös fotbollsspelare".... "du är värdelös och på grund av det kommer du att förlora den här matchen". At one point I said to him: "Jag kan förstå varje ord du säger och om du säger ett annat ord blir min nästa åtgärd att anmäla dig." I stick by what I wrote, he was out of order and he is a crass individual with no class. It is a shame that he felt he had to stoop to that level, because Arsenal were doing just fine without it. No surprise that he got under Hayes's skin, behaving the way he did. I will agree, Emma Hayes can be a bad loser, especially when she feels a Manager, or a Team has to cheat to win a game, but that is just the passion within her. I can think of plenty of Managers, Male and Female, that are bad losers and even worse than Emma Hayes I am sure ALL those in the WSL will be glad to see the back of her, that way maybe, just maybe, the other Clubs and Managers will stand a chance of winning something with her gone, but I wouldn't hold my breath on that one, as that Chelsea W Squad, no doubt, is THE best in the WSL, that is obvious by the way Chelsea W have dominated everything in the WSL over the last few years.. Without doubt Emma Hayes is the best Female Coach in the Game, certainly in the WSL and anyone who disagrees with that, knows sweet fa about the game and is just filled with jealousy and envy.
